We ordered new windows from this company and they were wonderful! From the quote to the installation, the customer service was just fantastic. We expected delays due to the supply shortage and they were very communicative with us. And the guys who installed them were so courteous. I highly recommend them for window replacement/installation!

Hi everyone! I'm not normally one to complain but I did want to raise issue with this company if you're looking for a company to work with for your windows. I'd like to be transparent and share my experience. Especially, because it is hard for homeowners to find contractors and prices can vary by a lot and I think it's important for people to share this.

I called out three companies to look at replacing a small bathroom window (31 in. X 17 in.) I have with a very basic window. either sliding or awning. I called wonder windows, window world and HMS home services out of Hamburg. Wonder windows quote was $1420.00 with a discount of $426 bringing the price to $996. (Found it odd there was such a large discount right off the bat?) then window world came in at $580.

And then HMS home services $150 labor and I was able to buy the window myself from Home Depot myself. I chose the American craftsman for $99. What I liked is how transparent HMS was. they just charged the labor. I'm not coming on here to try and redirect others to other businesses. The point is to raise awareness about doing research and sharing information so others can make a decision that is best for them and their family.

At the end of the day I spent $250 total for the window replacement as opposed to $1420 or $996. Could you imagine if I replaced all the windows in my house the cost? Anyways, that is all! I hope this helps people as they're making a decision about working with contractors. Transparency and honesty is very important.

We used Wonder Windows and it was an awesome experience. They were very professional and not pushy at all when they came out for an estimate. We will definitely use them again. They did warn us when we signed up in April that we would not get our window installed until fall time so they were very upfront about that and the whole summer they were contacting us to let us know that our window didn't come in yet and they're still working on an estimate and timeframe and that's something I really love that they always kept in touch I was never left wondering if the window came in yet and then when it was time for installation they called and said the day and time of they came out they did the job they were very nice very polite very professional they cared about my house and not getting it dirty with going in and out and they were done in a very reasonable time. I highly recommend them!

Was quotes almost 1,000$ for one window. is this company a joke? A small sliding window in the bathroom. Please look elsewhere had plenty of other quotes that were not looking to rip people off. This will show your company name, the very nice man that stopped over and the price of one window. "The lowest price he could give us"! That will allow everyone here to make their own decision on where they want to get their windows! 12/8 As I stated above on 12/7 you met only with my fiance. She asked if you had a basic window price and you gave her the highest. aka 1,000$ for one small window. Sir, the only thing I am saddened about is the clear advantage you have taken on her and our family.

You are correct we bought this house with many of the windows being replaced by the previous owner and we were just looking for an honest price. If this is it then so be it. We are not looking to be rude or throw a hate review out on anyone. I am just being informative. Thank you and have a good day.

Wonder windows was amazing every step of the way! Our back door was in horrible condition (not a normal fix) and we needed custom sized doors. They were so reasonably priced and even though there was a long wait due to production being back up due to covid, they made sure to communicate any updates on when the doors would be in and when they would be able to install.

Two guys both named John came and did the installation and they were amazing. Super friendly, explained everything and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked good! 100% worth the wait! I will be recommending wonder windows to everyone!

We have been replacing our windows over the last ten years. We have had estimates from many companies, including demonstrations. We ended up using three different companies over the years. Our most recent purchase and install was from Wonder Windows. We had five house windows and two garage windows installed. The price was reasonable compared to the other windows we had done and the quality was excellent.

Due to covid there was a delay on the install, but they called us at least twice to keep us up to date on the time line. The install crew was excellent. The company had told us it might take a day and a half. It took only a few hours. The crew was experienced, cordial, and professional. They answered our questions and did a terrific job! I wish we would have had Wonder windows ten years ago. Thank you.

Installers were excellent, professional, informative and great craftsmanship. Only negative is the time it took "COVID19" to get scheduled and the sales rep was less than informative with no follow up after the deposit. However, with 25 years in the construction industry and I would say installers and the product are top notch. Service: Window installation

We used wonder windows to order and instal 21 windows on our house built in 1930, which still had the original windows. We got a bit of a rough start, the installation started a day late, but they explained the situation to us and it was understandable. We got some specialty windows (a bunch were triple-paned, some were opaqued with texture, and a large picture window).

The installation process was amazing. Instead of getting it done in three days, they were determined to get it done in two. The guys that worked at our house were very friendly and professional. Paul (from Rochester) specifically went above and beyond, and showed that they truly care about the quality and look of the final product. I'm particularly impressed by the trim, the indoor trim matched the 1930 stained window molding perfectly. The windows look great, the house feels great, and this was worth every cent.

The staff here is a joke the tell you one thing and then do another or tell you one date for a installation and put something else in the computer there salesman promise you a date they cant keep there promise so in short i will never buy windows from this company again the only reason they put this window in my home is because they would not return it. Turned our world on end when they tell you things that are not true then tell you they never said it when you have them on recording the will try and make you think you did wrong i will tell you how they only have one set of instiller for the window i bought when there a company with a name like wonder window they should be able to install a window

Great company to work with. Had a smashed window that had to be covered with plastic and cardboard But the rep came out didn't mind going three floors up just to look at one window. Gave me an amazing rock bottom price and was super nice to work with. Can't recommend enough fast turn around time and friendly staff. Highly recommend to anyone that wants there home to look beautiful.

The price was reasonable vs. other companies that gave me estimates. The gentleman doing the work were pleasant and always answered my questions with a smile. I had 17 windows and a patio door installed a few years ago. They did such a great job that I had them install all windows and two doors in my garage last summer. Hats off to them-solid efficient job done

We did our research and decided we wanted Okna windows and Wonder Windows is the only one who sells them in my area (Rochester). We replaced all the windows in our house. Our install team was on time and worked all day every day for 4 days to get the work done. They were courteous and clean. Anytime they found rot in the sills, they replaced it with good wood before wrapping it. I appreciated the commitment to a quality install.

The Buffalo sales person from Wonder Windows explained that the estimate was comprised of 30% materials 25% markup, and 45% labor (this was after a discount). The labor budget allotted for 108 hours to be used for the install purposes which made sense to for a completely finished product, but that was not delivered. The install itself of 13 windows and a storm door was comprised of 2 people for 3 six hour days, then due to the company's errors a second install was performed of 2 people for one 4 hour day.

There were an additional two hours spent in other work such as measuring and some error corrections. The total hours spent on the project was 30 person hours out of the 108 hours originally budgeted for the project. This means a total project overcharge of 33%. A 30% upcharge is acceptable for a close to perfect finished product and experience, however these are the factors that go into dissatisfaction: The project was promised to be performed within 45 days and was not "finished" until 8 months later The trim and bay window was promised to be white and finished, the result is unfinished with caulk everywhere The newly installed Okna windows form ice on them and some are drafty The slide window that was installed is extremely difficult to open The storm door was installed upside down which causes it to not function as it was intended.

A field fix was performed which switched the panels on the storm door which allowed it to function, but the track is still upside down. TL;DR - Poor service, poor product quality for the price, and unwilling to take ownership of what the sales person promised.

Highly recommend--very satisfied!! We recently had all of our windows replaced in our house. WW not only met my expectations in service, but quality of product and price. Follow-up made me feel like I wasn't just a 'number' and that they truly take pride in their work.

Good price, quality products and excellent installation. I replaced my entry way door, sidelight and living room windows. From start to finish, the salesman explained their product line, kept in touch with updates and finally the installation date. The installer was very thorough making sure everything fit right and sealed right. I will definitely use this company again.

I had a great experience working with Wonder Windows to upgrade 2 sliding glass door in my home. I did a lot of shopping around and they had the best quality at the best price. The installation was smooth and the sliding glass doors not only added great style, but added a great sound barrier, and security to our home as well. After having the doors installed our dogs put a hole in the screen and Mark was amazing and replace the screen for us. For price, quality, and service I highly recommend.

Today Wonder Windows installed two windows for me and did a fantastic job. They look great and for the price we couldn’t be happier. Scott and John did the installation and they really do nice work. I would recommend Wonder Windows hands down!

We've used Wonder Windows on two projects and both have been great experiences. For the first project we had all the windows replaced in our 1950's home and then when we remodeled our kitchen we had a window replaced and one removed. Both projects were completed professionally, on time and on budget.

I love my new windows! Low pressure sales that really help you find out what’s the best for your home. The installers were very clean, there was no trace of them, and my windows were done in 2 days!

I recently had Wonder Windows (a division of BSL Direct) replace a few windows in my property. Their quote was the lowest, and the new vinyl replacement windows appear to be decent quality and are holding up very well thus far. Although it took a bit longer to schedule the installation than expected, all of their staff was responsive and professional. I plan to use them again in the future.

We went with Wonder Windows. Out of the three estimates, Wonder came in at half of the other two estimates. The first two guys just doodled on a pad and mysteriously came up with a number... while trash talking all of the other local companies.The salesman from Wonder brought a window sample and explained all of the parts and features. He then measured each window to be replaced and immediately entered the info on an iPad.

When he was done he presented us with a detailed estimate, something that no one else did. The windows had to be ordered, but it only took a few weeks and the installation was flawless. I will definitely be using them again

We had a new windows and doors for the whole house after a fire. Dan and his crew did a fantastic job, even rushing the job through to sync with the rest of construction. The windows look wonderful and we are noticing the lower utility costs due to the efficiency of the windows and doors. Enthusiasticly endorse Wonder Windows!

5 out of 5 stars. Great guys, great work. They were very responsive, but... the only issues I had were (1) lead time from signing OK on my order to when work was actually done and (2) they were a BIT late the day of the install. RE #1, this wasn't a bad issue because the sales person was up front from day 1 that I would have a 6 to 8 week lead time, I just wish it was less. RE #2, they said they would be there between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and didn't get there until 10:08 AM...

I can't be that grumpy about that. The lead installer (JR) was a super good dude and the work is quality. I would give 4-1/2 stars, but JR bumped them up to 5 because I enjoyed his taste in job site music!!!

These folks are OUTSTANDING-the installers were very professional and respectful of our home, our family and our pets. Attention was given to every detail. We are repeat customers - THAT'S how good they are!!!

Great experience with the Wonder Windows team! I was especially impressed with the quality of service I've seen from everyone I connected with during our renovation.

My husband and I just purchased 9 Wonder Windows for our old farmhouse built in the late 1890s and which still had single-paned windows. They were a dream to install (says him, I was his cheerleader) and look fabulous! We noticed the warmth in the upstairs rooms (where they were installed) almost immediately! Not only do they keep the warmth in, they keep the cold and noise out! We are happy we bought our windows from Wonder Windows and look forward to purchasing the rest of what we need very soon!

We have just had every window in our house replaced by Wonder Windows. I can't say enough about how quickly and efficiently they worked, and how clean they kept the work areas. I was expecting a lot more disruption of our lives as with any kind of construction, but the installers kept the disruption to a minimum. The windows look great and we can already feel a difference with the temperatures dropping at night. Would highly recommend!

We had new windows installed yesterday. The entire process from Sales to install was great! The Sales Rep Michael F. was excellent! The install crew led by George was one of the best contractor experiences I've had. I couldn't be happier.

The sales guy, Dave Barton was great! Very informative on the entire process. The lead time from contract sign to install was almost 6 weeks (was told 6-8 weeks). The install team (the team that installed on Newport ave. in Buffalo - can't remember their names) were fantastic!! Our kitchen window was a bit troublesome (bad prior install) but the guys fixed the bad work and made the entire window look better than before! Clean and efficient...couldn't have asked for a better team! Great work!! Definitely would recommend!!
