The day of install they worked really quickly and it only took them probably 3-5 hours for 10 windows. Good communication from the office side and all the staff was friendly

Easy peasy!! What a refreshing experience with Evans Glass. Made one inquiry call. Estimator came out, took less than 15 mi minutes to get a quote (emailed later that day). Made the down payment. Called me a few weeks later to book the job, for the next morning. Denny and Coby came out, super nice guys, installed in an hour...and it looks amazing! So happy I did this. I wish all companies worked this way.

Evan’s Glass replaced three broken windows in our home. They were prompt, gave me a 30-minute warning before arrival, and left the house cleaner than they found it. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

The staff.from the Receptionist to the VP of the company was incredibly kind. They only use top notch products! Terrific place all around!

Called today. Spoke with Jackie. She was more interested in the money and how much it would cost. Told me to go somewhere else. I tried to repeat what she said. From there it was awful. From start to finish nothing but a pleasant experience! Ted Jones came out and field measured our shower for a custom made all glass shower door. He was professional and very friendly. He even gave me an iconic pink coffee cup! A final measurement was taken using a laser before they made the door. The installation crew was in and out very quickly. They gave helpful information about how to take care of the glass. I also have to comment on the fact that their work vehicles were spotless! Impressive!

The guys were great! Hollis and Malik did a great job, came on time, and cleaned up before they left. They even worked through lunch so they would not have to come back another day. Plus the window are now clear, clean so you can see through them.

I called twice for a commercial project. Spoke with Mitch who promised to come over and give me an estimate - a week later after no call or follow up, I called again and spoke to Judy I believe, who assured me that the message is forwarded to Mitch and he will be calling me within 24 hours - over a week now and no contact. For a business that markets their local roots and pride they certainly are not respecting a fellow size-able business in the hearth of Franklin.

This company looks like no one has had to try to make a sale in a loooonnnnng time. I came in because they happen to have the mirror mounts my customer wanted I was very excited about it until i got there. I'm usually pretty easy going. From the time I got there till the time I had to come back and return the materials I did not use the experience was terrible they have been around since 1953, but I am expecting them to close soon!

Customer service was terrible everybody in the office couldnt make eye contact with you the only person that's worth a darn there is the receptionist. Travel further and pay more so you don't have to deal with these complacent miserable people. Especially the old guy in the back whose name I can't recall who cussed more than spoke.

What a great team!! My experience with this company was exceptional in every department...from sales to installation. I recently remodeled my home. Bill, Chris and all the other guys made my dreams come true. They are creative and up to any challenge you present them with. The showroom is beautiful and shows you how many beautiful things can be done with glass. The only downside is my project is done and I miss working with the exceptional staff at Evans Glass!!
