We regularly make repairs on overhead garage doors that could have been avoided if the last guy who "fixed it" had taken the effort to do it properly. This is possible because garage doors can operate for a time with serious underlying issues. As an example, we do many garage door repairs because someone either used the wrong torsion springs or did not install the springs properly.

I called CSS Garage Doors and got quoted for new door plus install. I ended up ordering a door elsewhere and they were still incredibly helpful just installing the door. The team at CSS garage doors is incredible! They were able to come out pretty quickly for a quote and delivered it for us same day. They were very communicative and responsive, which is a big deal to me. They were very reasonably priced, and actually included more in their services, than other businesses in the area. I was very pleased with our garage doors, the installation process, and how they treated us as customers. I can't recommend them enough! I've used CSS Garage Doors twice over the past two years for annual maintenance and a GDO replacement (yesterday) and I couldn't be happier with their service. My garage door was sagging due to some failed joints in the panels. I called one of the bigger outfits and they recommended replacement (~$ 2k) and did not really engage the idea of repair. I began looking at DIY repair options on YouTube, but I had also called CSS and wanted to wait to hear what they had to say. Daryl arrived on time for our appointment.
I told him my preference was repair and with confidence he immediately said repair was the way to go ($200 in my case). A handshake and about 45 minutes (plus a check) and my garage door is good to go. Unless I post a follow up, assume it has remained repaired. It was a 20 year old door and my goal was to get a few more years out of it.

Called Friday afternoon Thanksgiving owner's wife answered with a joyful voice and said she would have her husband Darryl come by on Monday between 1 and 3pm. Darryl arrived at 1pm and as his wife he was joyful and very knowledgeable in what was needed in just a few minutes and asking questions. Gave me an estimate prior to doing work, of which I thought was very reasonable!
Quickly gave him the go ahead and shortly my garage door was operated better than new! Would give his business 10 stars if allowed and would recommend him to anyone anywhere!

Great Christian based company who truly are experts at what they do. I ordered some custom wrought iron doors which were very heavy (600 lbs each) and I called several garage door installers who all refused the work. Daryl and his wife Michelle took on the challenge with flying colors. They installed my beautiful doors with no issues at all and they did it in a very timely manner. I called last minute for an appointment for a garage door tune up (about $130) and they were able to get someone out within 2 hours. Daryl was my technician, nice, professional, and quick. It took about 30-45 minutes and my door works flawlessly now, he also gave me tips to maintain it in the future. My garage door had starting freezing up last year and wouldn't open more than a foot at a time.
It got a bit better in the summer but stopped working again recently - now that it's freezing outside, I really needed to park inside again! Daryl fixed it quickly and he even set the tension to better than when it was installed new (5 year old house, Genie door). They didn't try to tell me I needed an entire new unit - didn't upsell me things I didn't need - just a quick, honest, friendly and reasonable fix.

Our very heavy, custom built, solid wood garage door had a broken spring. I reviewed different local companies online and called CSS. I received a quote and then had a repaired door on the next day! He gave me a repair estimate so high that it was in spitting distance of replacing both doors. And he told me I should not be using the doors. Well I just had my inner red flags come up. Second opinion time. I called CSS because to be honest they're nearby. We set up a time and Darryl called me to get the arrival time zeroed in. We had a discussion about the doors, and I said I'd prefer to not replace the wooden doors, but if I had to I would.
He spent some time inspecting and then we talked again. He was able to repair the doors, and make them work perfectly. He was done in an hour and a half, for ΒΌ the cost the other guy gave me, minus the scare tactics. I'm here to tell you ethics are alive and well. Like me in my work, I've always used the golden rule, and I'm proud to recommend these guys.
