In my opinion, St. Albans windows are top notch quality and look amazing. This past weekend, we had three replacement windows installed in our stairwell. The difference in temperature is unreal. We have have used St Albans windows multiple time in the past. They installed new windows in our old house in Huntington and recently they did all new windows and siding on our current house! We called them this time because they did such a great job the last time we hired them. Valerie is one of the sweetest people to work with and she came to give me an estimate and help with what I ordered.
The crew they had to come install the siding was just incredible. They handled things that came up because I had to work and they were beyond helpful! Great guys in my opinion! My siding and windows and new door look amazing! And I couldn't be happier with it! It was a great experience and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends! My house doesn't even look like the same old house!

Very impressed with Saint Albans Windows. Had 8 windows replaced and the service was great from the estimate to the new vinyl window installation. Installation crew was on time, did a great job installing the windows and left no mess at all. Very pleased with their work and will be replacing the remaining windows in the near future. By the way I live in Beckley and was so glad I picked them.

Not a very good place to conduct business! Frist time I scheduled an estimate no one ever showed up called back rescheduled someone came out gave estimate made an appointment to have installation done guess what no one ever showed up I called the lady said they were rained out I said why didn't no one bother to call and tell me this. I have now lost 3 days of work wateing on this company now will loose another day for installation again. Will not be a returning customer!

I have you seen Albans Windows two replace windows in severance rental units. After seeing the quality of the window and installation job I also had them installed in my home. After I had my home windows installed both of my neighbors had Saint Albans Windows replace their windows after seeing how good they looked. I highly recommend this company

We have waited 11 months for installation repairs to be made as well as for the breakages in our siding to be repaired that were not mentioned to us during installation. While at our home for installation the installers left cigarette butts scattered over our property (where our children play) and spent more time on break then actually installing the windows.
Two windows were installed improperly and still have not been fixed and they never brought us two screens for our windows. We have called management countless times and they still delay to repair the damage they have caused. For your own sanity and the value of your home take your business elsewhere!

My husband and I bought a fixer upper, that has desperately needed new windows. We have always heard great things about St. Albans Windows and went ahead with their services. They were responsive and punctual, able to complete installation on about 36 windows in less than 3 days! We have also already notice a tremendous difference in how cool our house is staying with their excellent quality! We are completely satisfied and highly recommend! We used St. Albans Windows to replace all six of our basement windows, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Everyone we dealt with was extremely nice, and the turnaround time from the initial measurement to installation was about a week.
