Nate came out and did a great job. Besides having blocked downspouts that needed to be cleaned and repaired, I had 3 runs of gutters that needed to be repitched to stop runoff on my cedar roof as well as some other gutter issues. First big storm just came through and all the gutters flowing well and no more excessive roof runoff. Services: Gutter cleaning, Roof repair

Great service and very responsive when I had an issue. I needed a roofing contractor who also installed siding and gutters because of an insurance claim on a rental property I own in Naperville. I interviewed and got quotes from several area companies but this company stood out because their sales rep Ric was always on time, was professional, and delivered a detailed price quote for the work.

Because I live a distance away I cannot comment on the actual installation of the roof, siding, and gutters. What I can say their scheduling and communication was stellar. I can also say I received no complaints from my tenant during the work, which is pretty good because he is very particular. About a month after the work was complete I received a call from my tenant that a gutter was leaking.

I called Innovative and they literally had someone out to fix it the next day. I am very happy with my decision to use Innovative for my project and will use them again in the future.

Innovative Home Concepts was definitely one of the best contractors we've worked with. They were timely, professional, communicated well and the work crews were excellent. They clearly had our best interest in mind when it came to our gutter repair/installation and insured we were taken care of every step of the way. Absolutely one of the best companies we've worked with hands down, and recommend them very highly. We purchased our windows through Innovative Home concepts in 2008. The windows themselves are very good and have held up very well through the Chicago winters and summers. We were very happy with the price and response by the company. Recently, we contacted them after our home inspection, to come out and evaluate the windows.

Even though it was 11 years later, they immediately came out WITHIN MINUTES AFTER WE CALLED THEM, AT NO COST, and did a full evaluation of the windows, and confirmed what we needed to know for the inspection. They spent as much time as we needed discussing everything, and even sent a follow up letter that we could present to our attorney for the inspection process the next day. They are fair, responsive, personalized, and will go the extra mile to ensure their customers are taken care of. Our experience with Innovative was EXCELLENT on all fronts!

I have a fair degree of experience with construction being a long-time landlord, rehabbing numerous several homes, and building a handful of spec homes. All this to say that throughout this process I have gained a bit of knowledge while encountering contractors both good and bad - Innovative Home Concepts falls well on the good side of this equation. Rich Cameron and the team are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and concerned with doing a good job. The job was done on time and on budget - highly recommended!

My house sustained hail damage in May 2018. I called Innovative because of the high Google ratings - which did not disappoint! They sent out Kevin Rourke, a licensed public adjuster. If you don't know what a public adjuster is - they are wonderful and I wish I had known about them sooner. They help to facilitate a claim with the insurance company and go to battle for you, if needed.

I can't say enough about how fabulously smooth this process was. Kevin came out, took pictures, filed the claim, worked with the insurance company, secured the permits, and stopped by periodically to give me updates on the insurance process. The work was scheduled quickly and work was 100% complete in just ONE DAY! Including clean up! Everything looks fantastic. The crew was wonderful and professional. I'm so pleased with how this turned out that I can't recommend Innovative and Kevin enough!

We first met Rich 5 years ago when selling our Vernon Hills home. Recently we needed him again in our current home. In both cases, Rich took care of our insurance claims from start to finish. It was effortless for us and he was incredibly efficient and personable. He's a fantastic person to work with and we HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

Rich and Tara were very helpful with the insurance claim process for new siding, roof, gutters and sky lights. Rich meant the insurance claims rep at my house and walked him around measuring and pointing out the damages. Tara was wonderful helping me select new colors for siding, roof and gutters. The crew installing were organized, picked up trash in yard, worked hard to complete project on time! Excellent company easy to work with them. I have recommended them to others and will continue!

Had some ridge shingle blow off this past winter during one of the very windy days. Called Innovative on Thursday 4/25 and they replaced the missing ridge shingle on 4/30. I just can't thank them enough for the great work they did on my house in 2015 and their quick response regarding the ridge shingle. Raina and John and the production team are fantastic to deal with!!
