Innovative Home Concepts was opened in May of 2005, which means we are about 4 years old. This may seem look like a short period to be in this field but considering of small companies fail in the first 2 years and of the survivors fail in the 3rd year, we feel we are handling pretty well. In fact, even in a bad economics situation we are developing and our sales have increased every year since we started.The team at Innovative is made up of All-Stars. All of our supervisors and managers have a long experience and have been hand chosen because of their good work in the home improvement business. Added together our management staff has just over 100 years of experience in this industry!
Like our products, our installation employees are hand chosen.
All of our installation staff have English speaking foreman onsite who have around 10 years of installation experience in their field.
All of our employees pass through a complicated interview and tryout process. We do a detailed background monitoring , we call references, inspect installations they have done in the past, and test them on their knowledge of their trade.
Our installers are actually the best in field and we reward them for that. Our installers are some of the best paid in the Chicagoland area and maybe more significantly, they love to work for us. Who do you think would do a better job on your property, an installer that is paid well and loves the company he works for or an underpaid installer who doesn't care about the firm he works for?
We always take extra safety measures to protect our home during the installation process. If inside work is being performed, our installer will take off their shoes. If the work is outside we take extra precautions to protect your landscape and property. And we always clean up after ourselves sidewalks swept carpets vacuumed!

Nate came out and did a great job. Besides having blocked downspouts that needed to be cleaned and repaired, I had 3 runs of gutters that needed to be repitched to stop runoff on my cedar roof as well as some other gutter issues. First big storm just came through and all the gutters flowing well and no more excessive roof runoff. Services: Gutter cleaning, Roof repair

Great service and very responsive when I had an issue. I needed a roofing contractor who also installed siding and gutters because of an insurance claim on a rental property I own in Naperville. I interviewed and got quotes from several area companies but this company stood out because their sales rep Ric was always on time, was professional, and delivered a detailed price quote for the work.
Because I live a distance away I cannot comment on the actual installation of the roof, siding, and gutters. What I can say their scheduling and communication was stellar. I can also say I received no complaints from my tenant during the work, which is pretty good because he is very particular. About a month after the work was complete I received a call from my tenant that a gutter was leaking.
I called Innovative and they literally had someone out to fix it the next day. I am very happy with my decision to use Innovative for my project and will use them again in the future.
