Due to supply availability of supplies during this COVID pandemic, they called and emailed us regarding the status frequently. We appreciated the fact that they cared. The installers were excellent. The entire experience with Superior Windows was outstanding. Dale (sales) was exceptional in explaining the design and advantages of the NT windows. We were impressed with the aluminum reinforced vinyl design. Karen was great in addressing any questions that we had after the order was placed. Garencio and the installation crew were outstanding. They did an excellent job of installing and caulking the windows.

They also did a great job cleaning the site when the windows were installed. Everyone that we dealt with at Superior was very professional and strived to satisfy us. After 20 years of not being able to see outside ( pane windows plus storm windows plus solar screens ), we can now see the world outside but not hear it. I highly recommend Superior Window Company.

We just recently had windows installed for our whole house.they did a great job! The windows are very good quality and I'm proud they are made in Texas and also to support a family owned business. The experience was so easy on us, the installers were very nice and professional and took a lot of time and care so not to damage anything. They seriously went above and beyond. The salesman was also very professional and knowledgeable.

They were wonderful. Dale was great. He spent as much time as I needed to explain everything to me about the windows, as well as what to expect when they are installed. Also, Shawna kept me informed as to status. And to Jesus and his team, couldn't be more pleased. They were there all day, both days and very professional. I was so pleased as how they made no mess, very well organized, and completion of project looks fabulous. Very very pleased and would definitely recommend Superior Windows.

The Superior Window team did a phenomenal job on the windows for our home! From the initial consultation to the final window being installed, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable about their product. Not to mention the cleanliness of the install. the install team thoroughly covered everything and did a great job of keeping a clean work area. Our windows look amazing and we've already noticed a significant decrease in the amount of time that our AC is actually running. Truly happy that we chose them for our home.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company. From start to finish everything was great! We upgraded our windows to black and we get so many compliments. They are a well made window, no more dust and bugs on my window seals and they open with ease! I wish we would of done years ago! This company delivers on every level! From start to finish they went above and beyond, were extremely professional, answered all of our questions, and kept us up to date on when we could expect our windows to be installed. They even worked around our vacation schedule for installation. We just had 26 windows installed in 3 days and every single one was done with care. They are absolutely beautiful. Just had our beautiful windows installed and it was the best experience. From the beginning when the owner himself came all the way to Austonio, Tx and spent the afternoon with us until tonight when Homer and his crew finished up. Superior Window Company did an outstanding job of replacing our windows. We hired them to replace all of the windows in or home. Our new windows are perfect and make our home look great. The installation crew were very professional and friendly. They were very careful not to damage anything inside of outside our home. They took great care not to harm my wife's plants outside under some of our windows. They covered our floors and furniture to protect them from dust and debris. They cleaned up the work areas so well we couldn't even tell they had been here.

We had done a lot of research and knew what to look for in windows and Superior met all our criteria. Prices were reasonable for the quality, but what really stood out about Superior was the excellent customer service, from sales, schedulers, and installation crew.

I had a wonderful experience with this company! They were attentive and detailed and extremely knowledgeable. Dale was amazing and told me everything there possibly was to know about windows! I was very impressed. I had gotten another quote from window world who told me they could install 47 windows in ONE DAY. Did not make any sense. I ultimately chose superior windows because of the precision and knowledge they displayed. The installers did an amazing job and took their time with each window. It was a big job. Great job guys!!

My husband and I just had our home windows replaced by Superior Windows. We are extremely pleased with our new windows! They are beautiful and the company made the process very easy for us! Rocky was our sales guy, and he was great! Our installers that came out to replace the windows were very thorough and courteous! Our windows were even ready 2 weeks earlier than we expected, which made us very happy!

Dale from Superior Window Company was very informative and the workers were clean and efficient. One of the installers cleaned the dishes because of wood shavings falling in the sink while the installing process was just finishing up. Even though we have used Superior in the past, we shopped around and still found that superior is bar none the best out there.

From start to finish our experience was fantastic. Our salesman, Rocky, was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain all of our options with out pressuring or rushing us. The installers were great as well. They showed up when they said they would, were courteous, and cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Superior for your window needs.

Superior is the most professional company we have ever worked with for home improvement, period. We received bids from several different window companies before choosing Superior. My parents had some windows installed by Superior about 8 years ago, and absolutely loved them, so we felt so comfortable with them and they definitely did not disappoint.

The installers were the most clean, well dressed and professional that I have ever seen. They were knowledgeable and took very good care of the work area around the windows while they installed them. As for the windows, we are absolutely blown away at how amazing they are. My husband and I comment daily to each other about how (even in 97 degree blazing Houston sun!!) you can touch the window and it feels cool. I'm totally addicted and can't wait to get the windows replaced on the rest of our house!! We love Superior!
