We chose Sound View Window and Door over a large, national company (which we had used before), initially because their bid came in much lower and they are a local company. The initial consult was straightforward, clearly communicated and creative options were offered for our bedroom window project. The estimate was prepared promptly and once the work was underway, it was done efficiently, capably, and well within the time line given. Our worker was super friendly, polite, thoughtful and attentive to our client concerns. We will definitely call on Sound View for all of our future projects.

We received quotes from a few different window companies and ultimately decided on Sound View Window and Door. They were about 10% less than the other quotes, offered our preferred Milgard windows and were just as professional and kind as the other companies interviewed. Inital install date estimate was sometime in July and they had the windows in and ready to go by the end of April!
They were very communicative about expectations and installation dates the entire time. It was very easy to get in touch with them with any questions. When install day came the workers were quick, clean, and respectful of our home. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

We had a few large windows that had broken seals, and needed replacement. Sound View offered a great price, professional coorespondance throughout the process of measure, ordering, installation and payments. The windows arrived and were installed faster than promised originally. The install crew took great care inside my home, cleaned up after themselves, and the windows look perfect. I would highly reccomend Sound View Window & Door!

Sound View Window & Door is simply the best. Thanks to Jeff W., who is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, we are confident that we have found quality windows at a good price. Jeff was able to answer all our questions, he offered us outstanding customer service. Unlike the majority of other places we shopped for our new windows, we didn't feel this was a "pressure sale"; on the contrary we felt that he was really there to help us.

Our installation went very well and we are very happy. The two installers showed up on time and worked diligently to conclusion. They were unobtrusive in the house, took care to cover surfaces and cleaned everything up. They explained what they did, why the old windows failed, and how to care for the new windows. They introduced themselves and took care to make sure the cat stayed in the house as we asked. We could not have been more pleased with the installation process and the finished windows, now installed.

We really appreciate the top notch service we received from the team at Sound View Window and Door. Jeff patiently answered all the questions we had and helped us pick out 19 windows and 2 doors for our home. Dan and his install crew (Anthony and Jack) were punctual, professional and so respectful of our home. The entire process was great and professional. Even though my window installation was scheduled almost a half a year in advance (thanks due to supply chain issues and a huge backlog of other customers), the windows arrived and installed on the exact scheduled date. The installation crew were courteous and professional both days they were here and not a single piece of furniture was out of place or dirty when they left.

Responsive and professional. We had two pieces of glass replaced because they were fogging up. They did a great job and I appreciated the extra care in laying down mats around the house, using boot covers, and closing the front door after going in/out. Would use them again! I was referred to Soundview by a coworker and feel that my experience was exceptional from quoting, purchasing, to installation. Everyone was very pleasant, honest and helpful. The work was completed without completely disrupting my life (or my house) on time and on budget. If I had questions (or concerns—ergh, it's a big investment) I never had a problem getting in touch with my sales rep, scheduler, or installer.

The install went well. The installers were well informed and professional. They did a great job covering everything up and respecting our home. The install was fast and the installers did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They then explained everything we need to know about our new window, including how to activate our warranty and potential energy rebates. Nice work!
