If you need new windows this is the place to turn to! Excellent experience. The installers were great guys, did an excellent job and were experienced and no mess at all.

Master Window Repair is great on many levels -- with information when buying parts in office, and when they sent over repair people to fix windows in my house when I needed that. Highly professional work, friendly office staff, good prices. I highly recommend them.

Requested a quote via their website where it has a whole section for specially that and never heard a word. I called a day later to request an email address to submit photos of the windows I want to replace but the woman who answered the phone had a rotten attitude and told me to "pick up the phone and call" (as I was on the phone with her, after I literally did just that) and then said "we don't work that way" when I asked for a direct email to send over images and measurements of what I needed replaced. LOL customer beware! These people are apparently not operating in the 21st century and neither is their website or customer service. CLICK! BYEEEEEE

I had a very pleasant experience with Master Window Repair - from beginning to end. They were very clear during the virtual inspection. They provided a timeframe on when they would arrive - and were on time. Could not say anything negative about this company. Highly recommended them.

They replace the mesh in your window screens. The women at the counter are very nice and helpful. Prices are very fair and they get the work done quickly. A++++++++

My first appointment with Master Windows was virtual on video conference with Alberto. He was quick to identify the type of windows and what material required to repair the 3 windows. Shortly after he came to take measurement in June. Unfortunately due to resources shortage during pandemic, the sash and balances take 3 months to be available. The company has provided me a very clear and concise invoice with the work detail.

Both Cynthia and Janet were very patient with all my questions on the phone. On the day of installation, the team of Victor and Juan called me 20 mins ahead of time so I could prepare. As soon as they arrived, Juan prepared shoe covers to wear before entering the premise. Juan carried in all the tool bags and laid down mat to ensure cleanliness. Window mechanic Victor did a very careful and clean job.

He made sure I have checked what he has installed as new and what was replaced. Both of them were patient to answer all my questions during the installation. I am pleased with their work so far from assessment, to invoicing and installation. The whole process was well documented and I will be sure to contact Master Windows the next time when I need a window repaired.

We had an old house with two small antique quarter round windows on the attic that no longer opened since the contractor renovated the house. We had various people looked at them but because they were afraid of breaking the glass, nobody was ever able to open them. A window company gave us a quote of $5K+ many years ago to remake those windows which we opted out so the windows remain closed for years.

Finally during the pandemic, I worked from home and really wished for fresh air from the window. Was even thinking of the $5K+ option (could be more since the quote was given years ago). Then I gave another try to have someone to fix. I had a virtual meeting with Alberto from Master Window. He came next week and got the windows open! Everything was done in an efficient and punctual manner! Service fee is very reasonable. I wish I could have found the company years ago!

We had to replace broken glass on a window. Master window did an efficient job. From getting an estimate to finishing the job, they told us what would be the cost to place a custom order for the glass and complete the installation. I had a crack in my window and I called Master Window Repair. I set up a virtual appointment with Alberto and showed home the crack in the window and the window that would not stay open Also asked to check and lubricate all windows since they are hard to open. Shortly after I received an estimate and they came to measure the window and check the window that would not stay open.

The glass was ordered and when it came in They called to schedule the repairs. The office staff is very pleasant. The day the came they took out the window and repaired it outside and brought it back in. Fixed the balance on the window. Lubricated all windows and even did a screen repair. The price was very reasonable. The work they did was excellent.

The next day when I opened my windows I could not believe how easy they opened. Thank you Master Window Repair. If I have any other problems with my windows I would not hesitate to use them again.

Great service. My vinyl windows were not staying up. I made an appointment for a FaceTime estimate, they sent me an estimate to my email. The tech came to my house with a mask on and was done in 30 min. Estimate was true to its word. I was glad to see a company that doesn't try and rip you off with an initial "consultation" then offer an expensive estimate that you might not want to go forward with. I will use them again.

I was very satisfied with Master Window Repair and I would recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of help. It started with a phone call, then a Facetime call with Alberto, which lead to an estimate, and, because I was leaving for the weekend, Alberto was able to accommodate me with an earlier appointment. Jason, the technician, was kind and patient and very professional.

He fixed my mistake, (the window spring balance had snapped up into the top of the window and I didn't know how to bring it back down), and explained to me how to do this correctly from now on. He also fixed a screen in another window while he was here. Very reasonable prices. High quality care from start to finish. Definitely would be willing to hire them again if I ever had need. My windows broke during COVID and it was a challenge to get them repaired, but Master Window Repair was able to view the broken windows in a video so that nobody had to come to check them. The video helped the repair man to understand what to do. I got an appointment and the repair was done very well. It took a bit longer than usual to set up the repair, but it was great that Master Window Repair used all the precautions and the repair person wore a mask.

Master Window Repair are lifesavers. My window broke at the worst of times, during Covid and right before a tropical storm and everyone I interacted with was respectful, friendly, and understanding. Solid workmanship, nice folks to work with, and very reasonable pricing. I read a lot of the negative reviews - and most of them pertain to scheduling and arrival times. My Master Window experience with respect to scheduling and showing up was very good. And the quality of the work was spot on. I would use them again.

I had a great customer experience, working with Maria (Customer Service) and Miguel, (Window Service Technician). The total cost of fixing my windows was 148 dollars, which I thought was very fair and reasonable. Miguel was honest and said that although the window frame was warped, he could replace the balances and at least make the window functional again. Miguel and his team called 30 minutes prior to the service, arrived on time, and were very professional. This was my first experience with Master Window repair and it will definitely not be the last. Master Window came on time to investigate how much work my window needed for insulation. The next day I got a quote from them. Upon agreement of the quote, they gave me an appointment date. They provided our condo management with the proper documentation. They were able to do the work within 2 hours and was very clean and tidy in the space they worked on. Bottom line, it is a company I will highly recommend.

An excellent company, on every level. We had a rather difficult project: replacing 45 panels of glass in our custom doors leading to our deck; the original windows were not installed correctly, had leaked and became discolored. Two other companies estimated the project, neither gave us much confidence, but Master Window Repair gave us a highly detailed and very fair estimate, the crew arrived on schedule and did an excellent job. Master window repair was recommended to me by a property management company that i do a lot of work for. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate to repair some windows. They gave me an appointment window from 1-5pm. No problem. Call me 30 minutes in advance to let me know your on the way. The tech calls me at 1215 saying he's on his way. I said I'll be there by 1pm. I'm still working. Tech calls me at 1240 and says he's there.

I was on my way and said I'd be arriving by 1. My window was 1-5pm. He rudely replied that if I wasn't there in 5 minutes he was leaving. I called the office and explained what had just happened. They were surprised because the tech was actually one of the business owners. Being a contractor/business owner myself, I was more surprised that that's how the owner conducts business. I called another window repair company.

We needed three custom window screens, and this company did a terrific job and at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

We made the call and within the hour the guy was here to fix the windows!!! The customer service was great when my husband called. He was so flustered from calling a previous company that he started drilling the windows shut. So thank you again for such great service!!!!

I had been looking to install window screens in my apartment forever and finally came around to it this summer. My buidling had contracted a company to do it for all apartments last summer, but for some reason or otehr missed that boat. Yet thought i would give the company a call as they may still have been offering a better price for tenants of a prior "customer".

Not so, hence i started looking in Yelp for reviews of companies that did the work

I called Master Window Repair who were very prompt in scheduling a free appointment for measurements. They are very accommodating to schedules and inconveniences, even when I was clearly at fault. I had to re-schedule the appointment due to unprecedented travel within the 24 hour window that MWR requires for re-scheduling.

They very accommodating to not have me incur extra charges due to the fact that it was fairly close to the 24 hours they require and I was also trying to accommodate the schedule if possible. I had also forgotten to ask them for the insurance paperwork that my buidling requires (yes, I was abit of a nightmare customer) and they had to rush to get the paperwork so that the work could be done at the time of the appointment

The actual work came out great.

The quality of the screen is wonderful (barely visible unless very close) and the service provided throughout the whole process was very professional. I would defintely recommend them and have given their information to my super to spread the good word in the building

I made an appointment for estimate with them in the office, estimator came on time was honest and pleasant, they gave as a time frame to come to do the job and came on time did whole thing in less the 2 hours very clean and professional. Good service

I told them of a deadline and they broke all records to deliver and install a beautiful modern window in my old tenement apartment...New york is a wonderful old city and a company like Master Window helps to restore, rebuild and revitalize our old historic neighborhoods with state of the art equipment and service They are the best!

Great work and a great experience. Throughout the process they were friendly, communicative, and honest. I had a window replaced after it broke in a wind storm. Master Window worked around my schedule when I had to change the day for my estimate, and then informed me well in advance when they needed to reschedule. They were always punctual and polite.

Even though the job turned out to require more work than initially thought (they had to call for one more guy to come help), the final cost was what they quoted in the initial estimate. Can't say enough good about them. Best experience I've had working with a home repair company in NYC.
