Smith Doors And Windows

After unsatisfactory results from working with other local window/door companies, I happened upon Smith Bldg Specialties by accident. The salesman (Grant) was very friendly, open and honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Their showroom is very nice also. A very professional looking business. Once our door arrived, Dean helped me out a great deal with finalizing my payment and scheduling delivery.another very friendly representative of Smith. Best window/door company in Panama City. Highly recommend.

Excellent business with very friendly staff. Al was especially patient and very helpful in educating me so I was able to make a smart purchase. He definitely puts his customers first and is a true asset to SBS.

After 7 weeks and the sales rep Armancio never returning calls I was told by Armancio on 4/16/19 that he had both my windows and would send someone out at 2:00 on 4/17/19 to install the windows. At 2:30 on 4/17/19 the workers answer the phone saying they only have 1 window. Somehow Smith Building Specialties has lost a window that has been on order for 7 weeks.

My sales rep has not even had the courtacy to contact me about the infraction. All during this transaction Arcenio my sales rep has been out of reach. These people really don't care about there neighboring humans from what I have experienced they are a company that orders stuff and has no sort of inventory. How can they loose a window that's been on order for 7 weeks, then not even call the client with some sort of short term solution that's not going to to leave me exposed for weeks on end. Maybe BBB will have some sort of answer I just filed a complaint with them Dont use Smith Building Specialties it's a company that really does not care. Robert Soudah

Called twice and left messages asking for a return call but never heard from them. Then called and spoke with someone who said he would have someone call me. Still waiting. If you want them, good luck. They don't seem interested in my business, anyway.

Called everywhere for a special order item to no avail. Called Smith and their awesome staff hooked me up and had it there next day! Will definitely do business with them again!

The owner of this company slandered me on social media for a difference of religious opinion as I am a Hare Krishna and he is a christian. He accused people who are not of "his" religion to be pedophiles and satanists. Be warned, he is a religious zealot and should be avoided at all means.

Family run. Excellent place of business. Gun shop in the back. Great supply of those as well.

Very satisfied for the past 4 years of doing business with them. We had our house built about four years ago and Smith Builders provided all doors, windows, Sliders, screens, doorknobs, plus several others things. They were quick to respond when problems occur after move in and years down the road. You owe it to yourself to choose Smith Builders rather if its a fixer upper or complete build.
