I am a owner of a facilities management company and have been in commercial building management for over the past 25 years. Sassman Glass is a outstanding company and is always there for me and my clients. Chris and his team are not only focused on making sure the job is done right, but while assessing the the issue, they will take the time to help the customer come up with a resolution, even if it's not in their scope or they're not the ones doing the work. Very honest and such a great group!

Called Sassman Glass to have someone come out to look at my sunroom windows that were leaking from the wind and the rain. Chris came to my house and very thorough on explaining to me where and why they were leaking and the different options for the repair. Chris is a very personable young man and was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company!

Sassman installed 3 glass doors for our bathrooms, and did an excellent job! Trying to coordinate 3 bathrooms is challenging, and Sassman worked with us closely to help us navigate our remodel. I had a mirror in my bathroom that needed to be replaced. The intake person did an excellent job of questioning just what I needed and passed along the information to an installer. Adam- installer/tech reached out the very next day and was very accommodating to what worked with my schedule to go over my project. He came out, assessed what was needed, confirmed measurements and had a replacement mirror ready to be installed quickly.

Upon installation, Adam discovered the mirror had been cut short by 2 inches. He apologized and had a new mirror cut and ready for install in 2 hours! Wow.that was pretty impressive. I appreciated Adam's eye to detail in suggesting cutting the mirror slightly larger at the top to fit astatically on the wall where the wall was not plumb. It looks GREAT! We needed a large wall mirror installed in our home. I contacted Sassman with the request and they called the very next day to schedule the install. Adam called me just before our scheduled time to let me know his previous appointment was running long. I really appreciated that as most companies would not be that courteous to their clients. The installers were great. On time and finished quicker than expected. They were professional, polite and respectful. They worked efficiently and the quality was top notch. The office personnel that we initially spoke to were eager fir my business and flexible with my project and scheduling. The entire experience was incredible. Sassman technicians replaced a flawed mirror and repaired a shower door. They did a flawless job where the results now look better than initial installation.

Sassman Glass employees Jared and Dakota replaced windows at Regus in Johnston last week (10/14 & 10/15). These two gentlemen were professional, thoughtful, considerate of clients and our very busy center, and were patient enough to work around a few therapists who needed quiet and privacy at times. Replacement for each window downstairs took only 5-10 minutes -- SUPER quick -- and the upstairs windows were replaced just as quickly, though their replacement required a lift to be rented.

When doing their initial walkthrough, the boss of Sassman Glass Chris was able to assure one of our older gentlemen who could not move his built-in desk that it would be taken care of for him. Chris took point in that conversation and really reassured the client that his items would remain secure and his desk, handled with care. Thank you for this in particular!

Once the job began, Dakota and Jared handled the installation process on their own. Jared took point with the clients when needed and was well-spoken and helpful. Dakota took point on more of the physical work. They even took a moment to show me the process for removing the glass. Sassman Glass was unable to replace windows overlapped by a built-in wall, but were willing to work with our property managers regarding their replacement. Once again Sassman has hit it out of the park. I had a shower door installed and it looks great and operates perfectly. The women in the office helped me order a great product. Much better than the big box stores. Jake and Austin were great on the installation. Polite, clean and efficient. At this point Sassman is the only place I go for my projects that involve glass and mirrors.

Updated review They reached out immediately wanting to help. Replaced the parts that needed it quickly, and were very nice while here. I'll use them again, and very much recommend them. Very easy to work with. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Per the picture, the hardware facing out was damaged during or prior to the installation, and not replaced. it's about a thumbs width but the scratches are in a noticeable spot.

Per the other picture, after a few months on the other door they installed the water seal at the bottom has pealed half way off and flops around. The installers were courteous, the doors and hinges are clearly high quality and measured well. I just find it frustrating being stuck with damaged 'new' products.

Awesome job! Unique window replacement, and the job ended up being more difficult than expected. The crew did a rockstar job. Highly recommend to anyone that needs a new window or repair. Or any of their services for that matter. This wasn't or first time using them and they've knocked all our work out of the park. We're very pleased.

Shower door installed in remodeled bathroom. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Looks great and installers were professional and skilled. We highly recommend Sassman Glass.

We had issues with the shower door that was put in when the house was built last summer. Sassman came out twice and tried to make adjustments, but the door just wasn't operating the way it should. It seemed like the door itself was the issue, nothing to do with the way it had been installed. We asked if we could replace it and pay the difference for a new door. Kyle called and said he'd like to take care of it (at no additional cost), he just wanted us to be happy.

He invited us into the showroom to select a new door and within a short couple weeks the swap was made. Joe and Colton arrive on time today and finished the removal of the old door and installation of the new door in less than the estimated time. It looks great. Our experience with everyone at Sassman - from the phone call with Kyle, to the interaction with the ladies in the showroom, to the installers who were in our home - was exceptional. They were all friendly and professional - we're extremely happy with the outcome!

Fantastic customer service! They're friendly and helpful in so many ways. You can call, email or just drop in with your questions and they'll help you get your project rolling. We're doing some DIY remodeling and needed two pieces of glass for our shower. Courteous Sassman employees educated us on what we needed and why. They helped us save money and provided us with the knowledge we needed to complete the installation for a perfect finish. Sassman was referred to me by a co-worker, and I'm so glad we found them!

Called in to get several prices for several furniture pieces in my home and office. Their admin told me it is "a lot more expensive" if we have to send someone out to measure. "$150.00 or more at each location" (Roughly $300.00 plus for Sassman to ONLY measure a desk and a night stand). Oddly, she was quit pleased when I said that seems expensive for a simple measurement. Her response was, "okay thanks!". It was clear that she was not interested in my business. Unique style of business Sassman.
