Called Precision when the spring in my garage door broke. The repairman gave it a cursory look and told me the spring could not be fixed--I would have to buy a new garage door. And, by the way, a sprocket in my door opener was also broken so I would need a new one of those, too. Quote was $3300+, and a wait time of 3 weeks to 2 months. When I told him I would like to get some other quotes, he pretended his feelings were hurt.

I then called Prolift who showed up in a couple of hours. Their repairman told me the repair was a bit more complicated because of the low overhead clearance in my garage, but the spring absolutely could be replaced. He could have repaired it this afternoon except my door isn't a standard size, so has to return tomorrow with the right part. And, although my opener is an older model, he suggested I not replace it yet.

When it becomes necessary, he told me where to buy it cheaper than he can sell it to me, and he will only charge a reasonable installation fee. Precision obviously thought this single lady was an easy mark. Guess they know differently now.

I don't know how I could be happier. Same day service! (Almost immediate) Roy called to see if he could come earlier than my scheduled appointment, which was great. When he got here, he checked out my door and gave me a quote. He was done with everything, which was everything but the door, in about an hour and a half. He explained everything he'd done and went over maintenance tips when he was done. Roy was a very friendly guy and knew his work. I don't know how I not recommend this company.

The springs on my garage door bust and I couldn't even open the door manually. I called Precision Auto and they were able to send someone out the next morning. Brian was gracious, informative, polite, and professional. He ended up having to replace not just the springs, but also the ball bearings, brackets, etc. The entire process took just under 2 hours. I'd recommend this business and Brian to anyone!

Anthony was great to work with. He quoted a price and worked quickly. He then pointed some things out that are working fine now, but might go bad in the future and he left a card with a quoted price for those things if I ever wanted or needed them fixed. He was not pushy at all! I definitely recommend precision!

He explained the install process for the garage door opener we purchased and thoroughly answered all questions. His expertise and knowledge were unquestionable and the task was completed in a timely manner. Anthony came early on the day appointed. He was fully prepared to price out the options and do the work. He was pleasant to deal with, offering options but not pushing the highest price. Once we agreed on the scope of work, he started right away tuning up the garage door mechanism, replacing some parts and installing an outside keypad. He did the job quickly and efficiently. After he was done, he used his tablet to demonstrate the before and after, including how much quieter the door operates after he finished his work. Very easy process.

I have had a truely positive experience. When I called on Friday. The office was very polite. They gave me a window of 2 to 6 on Saturday. Well Brian called me at 12:45 and was at my house by 1:30. He did an excellent job of assessing my situation explaining it to me then to my wife. His patience seemed endless. He got to his work very quickly and was done before we knew it. Showed us what we had and how to properly use it. Brian did a fine job!

Johnathan came out to take a look at why my garage would not open. He assessed the situation and immediately went to work taking care of it after letting me know exactly what had happened. Anthony with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service contacted me ahead of the appointment in the am to inform me that he would be contacting me within 30' of the appointment time. This was so I did not have to wait all day wondering when he might arrive. He is extremely professional and evaluated not only the problem, but advised me on other potential problems to be aware of with my door as it ages. Spring broke New Year's Day, wife NOT happy. Called Precision on Monday, and they came out the same day and replaced the springs and rollers. WIFE HAPPY AGAIN! Anthony was very professional and efficient at his job. It's always a pleasure watching someone who knows their job

Brian was great! Our garage door stopped working on Thanksgiving. I called Precision Door the next day and was so happy to get an appointment the same day. Brian called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he quickly assessed the problem and gave me 3 tiers of repair options. Once I decided which one, he quickly went to work, completing everything in under 75 minutes including cleaning up. Highly recommend Brian and Precision! They're the best!

We had two springs and rollers replaced on our garage door yesterday. Your Precision Employee was Rhett Walker. He was on time, courteous, professional and very personable. We are very pleased with the work he did and you have a gem in him. Hes a great kid.

Brian Flower was fantastic. I received a call 30m prior to his arrival, which was right in the window of time I was given. He arrived, quickly diagnosed the issues, and worked out a few plans of action. We talked, decided, and he went to work. No issues at all. And he was handsome. So handsome.

Had a broken spring. Anthony replaced both springs and gave the door a good inspection and lubrication. He also gave me some good pointers for preventive maintenance on the door. The cost was higher than I expected. I did not check prices with anyone else, nor did I get a formal estimate from them before the job. I usually do for jobs like this but did not this time for whatever reason. All things said, it was good quality work and parts, so a good job done. He also took necessary precautions for Covid, which is a good thing these days. Thank you!

Precision was very helpful while installing garage doors on our new home. From the appraisal process to the completion of the install the employees were helpful and informative. Specifically, Anthony who was a pleasure to work with, he had finished installing the motors on the doors when I noticed they were the wrong ones, he removed the motors and installed the new ones.

He was working from 10am til 9pm. He was patient and when done he made sure we knew how to use all of the garage door features. I'm glad I chose precision to install our doors, would definitely recommend them to all!
