Russ's Overhead Doors & Awnings

Had a very very very bad experience with Russ. Very unprofessional and extremely rude and tried to bully me. Would avoid at all costs

Charged me $175 to get a bid. Still haven't seen the bid lol

Called Russ's Overhead doors at 4:15 PM, and let me just say, Nathan and his helper showed up at 4:45 PM To assist in the repair. They were awesome and professional. I would use these two anytime again amd will refer Russ's Overhead Door to everyone and anyone I know. This business is awesome! Thanks you two for your quick help and fixing the problem hassle free.

Nothing but good to say about the young man who fixed my door.(didn't get his name)! The was polite, professional and did a great job in a timely manner. Thanks to a professional company.

The best experience, price, and professionalism. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you need a new door or overhead do not hesitate to call this company.

Beware. I wish these guys were more careful and detailed in their workmanship. Even after they left I had to adjust my garage door to make it work. Also, my serviceman was there for 50 minutes and billed me for 2 hours. I called and expressed concern about my bill to their secretary. After looking into it for three weeks she told me my serviceman was there for two hours counting drive time. The serviceman said he was 10 minutes away before he got there. I find that dishonest billing.

We haven't been able to find the right parts for our garage door anywhere in Rexburg or IF. Stopped by and Russ went to the garage to get us the elusive screws and replacement part free of charge. What a load off our minds! He was super super nice and helpful. 10/10 highly recommend!

Terrible service. No one will call you back. Came and "fixed" my shop door only realize it is worse after the repair guys left. Also charged me more than what was quoted initially. Just trying to get a refund so I can have someone else really fix my door.

We just had an awsome experience, garage door broke last night, this morning called and they had a crew out to the house within an hour. They had the door fixed and working again in a few hours. And the price was not that bad at all. Thank you for offering professional and prompt service.

Installation and doors went well. However, the techs left a lot of garbage on my driveway (see attached picture), which i didn't notice until two tires on my car flattened several days later. I called Russ's and left a message, but no one returned my call. I called again several days later, spoke with someone, and sent pictures. A representative called back later that day, claiming that the screws in my tires were not theirs and took no responsibility. The doors and installation were great, but I definitely wouldn't recommend this company, inasmuch as they are unwilling to own their mistakes.
