Mid-South Door

In 8 years I've had 2 occasions when my garage door would not open and BOTH times Mid South came to help me within an hour. UNHEARD OF customer service. Additionally, their office staff are extremely nice and very caring people. Their service is reasonably priced and their onsite workers are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I actually can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them for all your garage door needs.

Hands Down best experience I could have asked for and phenomenal customer service! They were able to get to my house and fix the garage door in the same day. Joe, the gentleman who worked on my door, did a fantastic job and made sure I was satisfied with the job. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great Job!

When our garage door fell off it's rollers and we couldn't get it closed, we were in a panic. We have previously used another company for garage door work, but they couldn't get out same-day. We found Mid-South Door Co, called them, and they were able to get someone out within a couple hours. He fixed the issue for a great, low price and didn't require any expensive parts (they didn't upsell the issue to someone like me who doesn't know garages).

I highly value that type of honesty in any business! He also gave me great advice on what in our garage could have caused the issue and on how to take care of the door (like replacing the rollers later down the road). We are very satisfied and will recommend and use Mid-South for all future business for our garage door!

Shout out to Mid South Door Company! Thought I needed a new garage door after a minor bump into two panels. After calling my garage door company that I have used for years, and getting 0 response and a couple of others saying they did not have the door in stock, I called Mid South. They came out the next day and even though they didn't have the door either, they had panels.5 days later. I have a new door. Thanks for great customer service!

Very helpful and knowledgeable about the service they provide. Even though I bought the parts from them and did self installation. They walked me through a couple problems and explained the install to a T. I would recommend these guys for any of your garage door needs.

Just wanted to tell about the amazing service Mid-South Door Co provided my family. My mom called last minute, and late on a Saturday evening due to her garage not opening, they came out and fixed the broken spring and got her out of the rain! Highly recommend this company!
