Zephyr installed a new storm door for us. This is the second time we have used their services and have been happy with their workmanship both times. Zephyr installed a new sliding glass door to our screened porch. Daryel was the sales consultant and he did an excellent job throughout the process. The door arrived on schedule and the install team was thorough and courteous. There was a minor follow up issue that was handled in a timely manner. I would definitely use this company again for future work.

I had such high hopes that we'd have a great experience with Zephyr. They came out to do an estimate and I was told it would be 14 days for us to receive an estimate which is Completely reasonable and standard. After two weeks, I didn't receive a quote so I call to follow up only to learn they didn't have my email address on file. I provide it and two weeks later still have yet to receive quote.
If its this hard just to get a quote -I can't imagine how communication or any follow up with project concerns would be a total nightmare. Definitely going with the "little guy" a much smaller company that despite not having support staff manages to communicate in a timely manner.

We had a front deck replaced and a new front door installed. The construction team, lead by Bill, were great. They were professional, knowledgeable, neat and quick. The deck looks so sturdy and well made, it seems it will outlast our home. Brad Thomas, our salesman, was friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely hire them again. There is much work to be done at our house.

Zephyr Thomas did a great job converting our screened porch to a 3 season room. Installed quality doors and windows. Work was done in the time projected. The installers were professional as well as nice. They were very patient with us in doing the finishing work to my wife's satisfaction. Brad Thomas is always great to work with. We have used Zephyr Thomas on multiple occasions and have always been very happy. They turned our screened in porch, that we could only use when it was not cold and not hot into a four seasons room with just the additions of windows and an insulated door. They did fantastic work and we could not be more pleased.

Zephyr Thomas just finished a 3 season room addition on our house. We could not be more pleased with the results. Matt Davies told us it would look like it was always there and he was right. Many of our neighbors have commented exactly that to us. The workmanship, attention to detail, and cleanliness throughout the process all surpassed our expectations. The 4 track 'windows' are just what we needed for our situation (they are vinyl not glass!). We would use this team again any time.

We had a new door system installed a week ago and are very pleased with the install and the finished product. Daryel was very helpful in designed our door system and re-quoting when we wanted to change some features. Thomas and Josh were the installers and left my house as clean as when they started. We will definitely call Zephyr again to quote any other home improvement projects we may have in the future.
