Called and set up and appointment pretty easily. There is one gentleman that handles appointments and payments (at least that day). So, you may have to wait a few before someone helps you at the counter. These guys are good and work quickly. I dropped my car off knowing it would be ready in a few hours. I hadn't been to TNT in a few years but I needed a tint badly and they helped me out on short notice. I highly recommend seeing them for your tint needs.

Before I begin this review let me start off by saying that this review is based solely on my opinion and my opinion alone so with that being said let's go!. If it's ok may I please start from the very beginning? Thank you! I purchased my 2003 Honda Accord in 2009( that's when I got it tinted at this establishment). When you get your vehicle tinted here you are given a receipt and a card so if and when you tint starts to fade, bubble up or shows any imperfections you have proof that you had the work done here!.
So unfortunately for me I don't know what happened to the card they gave me back in 2009, I still have my car but not the window tint card! Go figure! ( misplace full me ). But anyway fast forward to 2022 I called last week and I explained the window imperfections in the back and side small window attached to the back windows that I first saw at the time and he told me to bring the card with me and I told him I didn't have the card but I would look and see if the I had it in the glove compartment of the vehicle, and he told me even if I didn't have it he would still honor the lifetime warranty on the tint ( as long as you have the vehicle that is ). That's the reason I gave three stars, but when I got there I showed him where the damage was to the tint and he said it would take care of it at no charge.
So when they was finished I noticed another imperfection in the back right window that I pointed out to him which should be covered under warranty as well and not once did he offer to fix ( that's why I took off two stars)it and honor the lifetime warranty, all he told me is when I was ready he would redo the rest of the windows because I told him I wanted darker tints on the rest of the windows and he quoted me a price of $180.
I get it that you have to have the purchase card so they know you got it tinted here but ultimately I don't believe he thought I got it tinted here because of a comment he made about the scratch in the back window I pointed out to him after he replaced the other windows when I first arrived. So now I'm on the fence trying to decide if I want to take my car back here for any more work or not. I do share the blame for not having the card from 2009, but it 2022 now. fault me for misplacing a card 13 years ago!

Very disappointed in there work. They tinted my widows twice in my Chrysler 300. Both times I returned for peeling and bubbling they refused lifetime guarantee because of no receipt but yet I had the. information in my bank account. After the second time replacing the rear window my rear defrost is damaged and a little over a year is bubbling again and I have to replace my rear glass to have defrost. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND

Good work, good price. I showed up without an appointment and Javier took the time to give me a good honest quote. I got to see their work, several cars in the shop and in the parking area before I made any decisions. He made me an appointment a couple days out and they stuck to it. They have a very convenient location, easy to get in and out, plenty of parking, and you can wait on site. I brought them an old 60's Wagoneer with lots of manual crank windows and they took care of it in less than an hour. Thanks Javier and team. Good business experience.

The actual service was ok but they damage My Audi S4 Bang & Olufsen sound system because of water. It fried my Sound system Amplifier. Tried to talk to them but nothing. If I fix it on my own, about $500 dollars. Don't want to know if I send my car to someone to fix, how big the bill will be. Still waiting for them to give me call but, I'm sure they won't. Shame.

Came here about 2 0r 3 mts. Ago and explained my issues to Tom and he was swamped but said he could fit me in.the previous owner did my tint but it was bubbling real bad and peeling but I kept my card and that was my warranty with the previous owner initials.so I go back after a couple of hours and wasn't complete and couldn't get to me that day but he promised to take care of me the next day and he made it happen and came out real pretty. he did them darker as I asked and didn't charge extra because of the busyness.i truly appreciate him taking care of me as a guest he was professional and made up 4 everything that happened.thanks so much TOM KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.THAT SHOWS GREAT LEADERSHIP AND THAT YOU WANT EVERYONE HAPPY.

Had my 2016 Civic tinted when I first got it over 5 years ago. Had and issue with the rear windshield bubbling. Called and made and appointment for replacement. It was replaced for no charge. No questions asked. After 5 yrs! Nice to see a local small business honor thier commitment to their customers!

Hey y'all this is Rachel I came all the way from Williamsburg on Thursday, ! Hands the BEST car tinting around they really worked with me! My car didn't take along at all! My car came out looking like a brand new car! You can tell they took their time putting my tint on my windows! I will DEFINITELY be back!

So no questions asked for the warranty job of the tint job that they did 15 years ago. Yes they will honor their lifetime warranty just make sure you have the original invoice. My only quorum is with the white residue that was covering my door instrument panels that the establishment would not clean off that did not exist before they replaced the tint. I was told that I had to clean up their mess.

I had my vehicle tinted maybe a year ago and every window was bubbled up within the year and when I called and told them I needed to fix it and it covered by the lifetime warranty I told the guy I don't have my receipt and he said okay well we will get it worked out when you get here don't worry. When I came back to get it fixed thefirst thing. the Owner Mr. Boozel told me it doesn't look like his tint?
He refused to believe I got the tint done at his Business. Since I didn't keep my receipt and they apparently don't keep any records or books of customer/purchases I was advised that I would have to pay $99 for the removal of their film and another $199 for installation after being told.

These guys are great! Javier the manager took good care of me. Called at 1:30 thinking NO WAY they could get me in. 2:30 I'm done and on the road. Talk about service. Quick job, but not worth it. I paid $254 for my tint to be done on 4/17. I asked Thomas about the bubbles I noticed right away, he said they'll disappear after 2 days. Okay not a big issue. Then I noticed the poor cut job they did on the back windows. Also, the microfibers left behind from the person's microfiber rag. Now I wouldn't be so upset if I didn't pay over $200.
If I could I would give this business 0 stars. I called back to tell thomas my concerns and ask for my money back. He refused to refund me, even though it's only been 3 hours since they've finished the job! He did offer to fix it, but I do NOT want the same results. I'd rather pay someone more experienced and someone who does a better job.

I had little skinny lines on the back of my car on top of my trunk almost as if it was from the blades that they used. Super poor care. They left 3 blades in my car for whatever reason. One was literally on my seat. To the point where I could of sat down and cut my self. Another one was left in my door pocket. And the actual long blade that they use to I guess carve the tint was on the floor on my passenger seat. Then I had little spray paint stains on my car that I've never seen before. I was confused.

I got my Acura tinted here on 2/13 and Javier said it would take an hour to an hour and a half. They pulled my car in and it was done in about 30 to 40 minutes. There's no way they took their time to make sure it was done correctly. We waited until 2/20 to check the windows again and literally every single window had bubbles, creases, and every window had a different gap on the edge of the windows and the lines were jagged.
On top of it, the windows were so light so I'm not even sure they put 35% on my windows. I should've read more reviews than I did because you definitely GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I called Javier and he agreed to remove the tint for me at no charge. I came in on 2/22 to have it removed and they were just yanking it off. When I took it to another tint place, they pointed out all of the cut gaskets and all of the glue that was left on the windows.
I couldn't even see out of my back window cause of the amount of glue left on the window. Honestly I'm only leaving 2 stars cause Javier was nice about everything. Yes they do offer to fix what they messed up but if they actually slowed down and tinted the windows correctly and paid attention to what they were doing then they wouldn't have upset customers, loss of product, and loss of income. Honestly it's better just to pay more money for a quality job than going here where the techs look rushed cause of the amount of cars they have to tint

It crazy to see these negative reviews because ive had all 8 of my cars tinted here for the last 10 years and have never had a complaint. My tint has neve rcracked peeled or faded. The customer service here is top notch and the have never mistreated my car. I think some of these negative reviews are just unlucky or naturally bitter people.

Had my windows done 3 weeks ago, was given the fast talk by the little guy at the desk. They left trash ( unused tint film ) in my passenger floorboard, they scraped my apartment parking pass off of my window. and left it crumpled on my dash and didn't say anything to me about it. Didn't give me the advice of do's and don'ts of new window tint. Not to mention the stains they leave on the inside of the car.

I've used these guys for years with several different vehicles but lately the quality of the shop & staff have been dismal at best. They burnt my trim with a blow torch, seriously?! There is razor marks & marring, some trim has to be replaced from where it was sliced off. I tried to bring it back again to get it right but the mgr Javier insisted that the discrepancies were from me. Let's blame the customer, that's the easy way out. Many other shops in the area in the same price range with much much better services & customer service. Do yourself a favor & save the headaches!

Well I thought this was a good place considering the reviews.but the first time my tint got messed up after not even a month of me rolling it down after the amount of time I was told not too. So that was disappointing but they fixed it no problem. But now here I am with a back windshield all sorts of bubbled up and stuff and they won't do. anything to it because I don't have the receipt (of which I was never told to keep in case something happened nor did I expect to have a messed up windshield again) so now I can hardly drive and see out the back window and have to go somewhere else to have it fixed. This place turned out to be a huge disappointment and I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I took my new car in on an early morning and the tint was completed in great timing. I was literally about to open my laptop to work a little in the waiting area and they were done. I plan on taking my other car back to them to get a redo from about 10 years ago. I was hesitant to go back because I didn't know if management changed from all those years; however the new owner and staff made me feel very comfortable and their customer service was great. I wish I could give them no stars but it's not possible without giving a review. My husband took my car to get tint yesterday March 2 and it looks horrible. All 7 windows. Have bubbles the drive side back window isn't even tinted completely. And let me not start on the back window it has bubbles it's scratched up and it has the biggest bubbles ever.

Look no further. This place is fantastic. The staff are very courteous and professional. We ran into an issue with my car since it was the first one they had seen but they worked with me to get it done. The supervisor and owner were very honest and took extra steps to make sure that I was satisfied. I will always come back here and recommend them.

Purchased it because of the non metallic option and the lifetime warranty. Tint is lost pretty much all of its 35% opacity and some windows are bubbling. Thought this wasn't a problem because of the lifetime warranty. Wrong. They will only replace sections that bubble. Who on earth wants to ride around with mismatched tint?

So I bought a brand new car and was super excited to add some tint! Less than a week after I purchased the car and after reading numerous reviews I brought my car to TNT Tinting. From the moment I got my car back there were small little air pockets which I was told would work themselves out. The inside and outside of my car was absolutely disgusting.
There was dripping white residue left everywhere, even in my speakers which I had to sit and clean out with a toothpick and Q-Tip. Thank god I saw the shard of razor blade on the outside of my car while I was cleaning or I could have sliced my hand. Probably a broken piece from when they were pre cutting the tint and the GLASS of the back window! (Yupper, they actually pressed so hard it cut the glass!).
I brought my car back to TNT to show them the damage and asked them to redo my windows. (Which was another issue bc I had misplaced my receipt which showed which team worked on my car. The team that messed it up was the team that had to fix it.). Long story short, they agreed to fix it and within a few hours of leaving, little bubbles stared to show up, the tint on the back window started to peel up and there was a big air pocket-ish type scratch. see attached pictures.
Also to top it off there was now a cut into the glass on the passenger side window and the rubber seals on my windows were cut as well. So I returned again, asked for them to take this crap off my windows, refund my money and out of kindness I would pay to try to get the glass fixed if it didn't involve having to replace the whole window. They did refund my money and take the tint off but all of this took hours of my time and that new car smell I had, is now a smell of ammonia and whatever chemical they used to take off and put the tint back on.
Not to mention the damage to my seals and glass on a brand new car! My frustration is beyond words! Note: these pictures are from the time they redid the tint! This was supposed to be ""the fix"". A thank you to the manager for working with me in regard to this matter but I still would never recommend this establishment.

When I got my rear windshield tinted I asked if it would ever fade and the guy told me no but now it's so faded with so many air bubbles in it after just a year that I'm gonna have to get it done again. If you're cheap and looking for something that's quick and cheap then by all means go here but I definitely won't be returning to this crap hole.
Also when I got it done I had to keep going back cause of the imperfections and crappy cuts they made around the third brake light. Next time I'll actually do some research to go to a decent place that backs their product.

I've had 4 of my cars tinted through TNT and I have never had any issues over the years. TNT provides fast reliable service and is second to none. You can't beat the lifetime warranty that they offer. To me, that says that they stand behind their work. What else could you ask for? Great local business! Highly recommend.
