Steve's Overhead Door

Steve's is the gold standard for service providers. Their technicians are knowledgeable fast and friendly and I've never dealt with an organization that's more fair with their billing. Absolutely amazing.

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a quote they done measurements on and still have not gotten call. Even current building I am in has called over 3 times for warranty work on repair they done. And they are still waiting also for service guy. Finally got a fair quote. Only after posting review. So I was able to change it to better rating.

I was recommended them by a friend when i backed my car into garage and messed it up, looked beyond reparable. I gave it a try and called them! They came over same day all it took was 20min and done! Garage was fixed no replacement needed SAME DAY! Now 2nd time i had an issue with the actual garage motor! They came in next day and figured it out! However it messed up again!

They came back again next couple days and figured out it was the travel module that needed to be replaced. Thankfully He had part with him, was able to replace it within 10min and had my garage up and runnin! These guys are professionals in what they do! Very happy customer( for reference Eric Miller was our guy)

Fast, friendly and good service! I highly recommend! A spring broke on garage door on 12/23. We called two places. One place had to get back to us but Steve's said he will be right out. He fixed in 30 min which was before the other place called us back. He also was a dog lover which was nice!

Answered before business hours, sent tech out first thing. Repair took less than 30 minutes and at a reasonable price. I would recommend them.

Steve's were wonderful. After fighting my garage door issues for a little over a month, they were able to send a technician out right away. He had the issue resolved within about 15 minutes. The technician was very nice and not to mention very professional! I highly recommend them.

We had Steve's Overhead Door Co. out twice over the last couple of years for different issues with our garage doors. They are always quick to get a technician to us as soon as they can and are very reasonably priced. Brian has been our tech both times of service and always does a great job. I would definitely recommend using Steve's Garage Door Co. if you are looking for where to fix your house garage door in Lafayette. I called them to fix my home garage door recently. The cords on one side had broken and it was not working. They were responsive and came out I think the next day, which was much faster than I was expecting. Also they billed me shortly after and the price was very reasonable. (Not quite as cheap as a random contractor, but I feel like you kind of take your chances with those too. the independent contractors I've found online commonly don't show or don't fix things properly.) These guys were professional, friendly, and fixed the garage door well. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. Also they have an option to pay online through their website which is nice.

A bracket had broken on one of my overhead doors. I called Steve's Overhead Door and was expecting that it would take a week before someone could come to my house to replace the bracket. The representative that I spoke with informed me that there was a technician just finishing up a job near my house and would be over shortly. The technician showed up about five minutes later and had my overhead door fixed in less than an forty minutes from when I first called.

In addition to the quick response, both the technician and the representative that I spoke with on the phone were friendly, helpful, and said "Thanks for your business" which is a rarity today.

I had wonderful service from Steve's Overhead Door. I called about a broken torsion spring and a tech was at my home within an hour. The spring broke during a cold snap (lows below zero, highs in single digits) and during an active snowy time. I was not happy about parking outside as I could not open my garage door. The speed with which my service was scheduled and completed was a welcome surprise.

The tech who repaired my door was Brandon. He was pleasant and personable and worked professionally and efficiently. He represented his employer very well. I am incredibly happy with my interaction with this company.
