Rosalie worked with me on several window treatments for my home in Maine and I have been highly satisfied with all the results. She is friendly, warm, and efficient. Her sense of style is excellent and she is most creative. or Also, after she completed all my window treatments, she was responsive and helpful when I experienced minor problems with one two of the installed treatments.

Beautiful quality and super customer service with expert, precision installation. We wished we could have saved a little by doing our whole house but no bargain. But, you do get what you pay for.

I don't have time to fill out every survey thrown in front of me, this one deserves attention. Swags was referred to us by a friend with a beach front cottage whom had all the windows in the cottage fashioned, designed, and installed by the company. What was a nice enough cottage suddenly turned into a very warm and comfortable retreat that now showed their beautiful ocean view windows through a completely different frame.

We had them come out to our cabin in the woods to get their opinion. Rosalie looked around, took some measurements, and asked ours thoughts. She came back to us with some ideas and suggestions that we had never entertained. Having given her free rein to complete the design and install as she saw fit we left the country on business and returned to what felt like a new cabin.

What she/they did for our windows completely rejuvenated our cabin into new life. Friends and family have complimented on how great the cabin looks and think we had the house remodeled when in fact it was just the window treatments that seemed to bring the interior and exterior back to life.
