I used to work there, and tried to reapply for work two years after leaving, but if you're not working for two years, and I have my reasons for leaving, they're polite enough to say that you are not what they need. Besides, the employee turnaround is very frequent there. Since I was there, it seems like every two months someone was leaving for some reason, usually about office politics and personnel bickering.
