Mid-May Ryan came to my home and diagnosed the problem with my 27-yr old garage door opener as something that parts are no longer available to fix. I decided to buy and have a new opener installed. Based on his feedback, I also decide to replace the old wheels, too. WOW! What a difference those wheels make--its practically silent now when it operates.

The motion activated LED light is such a new great feature. I called Branch based on a neighbor's suggestion (he used to sell for a different company and always heard good things about Branch). Scheduling was the greatest. Natalie gladly accepted my challenge of only being available certain hours of just one day in the upcoming week and fit me in.

I just want to rave about the man who came to fix the problem with my garage door.he was absolutely amazing! Not only did he fix my garage door but he educated me on the functioning of the parts. He went over board to show me all the operations of the door.

I have used Branch Garage Door services for many years. Their staff is top notch from scheduling the appointment to completing the repairs. They show up on time & call to let you know their ETA. Excellent communication! Our tech today was Mitch & he was very thorough and super friendly. He programmed all our remotes & our garage door is working smooth as butter. I highly recommend this Super Professional company!

Can't say enough good things about this company. They came highly recommended to us and for very good reasons. Three hours after our initial phone call Ryan showed up and was a great person to deal with and gave world class service. I'll never think about calling another company for this type of work ever again. Thank you again for the great service and a big shout out to Ryan as well.

Talk about customer service! Natalie in the office is fantastic! Instead of paying for a tech to come to my house to check my system which would be more expensive, she suggested I come in first to check the batteries in my remotes. Turns out they were very old. I bought a new remote from her and she walked me through step by step how to program the remote and my car once I got home. Then she walked me through it again over the phone. Terrific service.

Double car garage door decided to die Sunday night. Needed it fixed ASAP Monday, just to get the cars out and ended up with BRANCH since they had the earliest service time. The technician they sent was a gentleman named Al. He was absolutely the most pleasant, kindest, knowledgeable and helpful person I have ever had the opportunity to meet in this line of work.

He enjoys his HOBBY, not his job. He explained everything he did, offered suggestions and just went above and beyond to make sure we understood, had no questions left unanswered and assured that we were satisfied upon completion. He is honestly the reason I am writing this review. I wish more people in the service industry were like Al. If I or my friends, neighbors or anyone ever needs garage door assistance, I would 100% without a doubt recommend BRANCH Garage Doors, and ask for AL.

Woke up to a broken garage door. They were very friendly and fit me into their schedule asap. By noon the needed parts were replaced and door was fixed! Technician Ryan did a great job. Will definitely be calling Branch again!

I called for service on my garage door and was told it would be approximately two weeks before a technician could come out. Call taker advised that they were having difficulty getting parts and supplies and that they were short staffed. Covid was blamed of course, and not enough people wanting to work. She then stated that if they just had one more worker they could probably help me.

The next day, my neighbor advised me that he had called Branch that morning and they were coming out the following day. He didn't receive any information on short staffing or problems with parts any kind of issues at all. They very happily and quickly made him an appointment. What the hell?

It's not often that I write reviews however I felt it was necessary to spread the word of how great our experience was with Branch. They were super communicative from the 1st call. Natalie kept me informed of their arrival up to 30 minutes prior and they were exactly in the window that I was provided. This is important being how busy we our in our lives and especially with a toddler.

The tech (I didn't catch his name) was professional, efficient and explained everything thoroughly. He was conscientious of the current climate of the pandemic, wore a face covering and was aware of space between us. Thank you Natalie and tech(I'm sorry I didn't get your name). Good companies and customer service are hard to find nowadays. I would definitely recommend Branch Garage Doors!

Have been dealing with these folks since the mid 90's. Repairs, new garage door, new opener, etc. The latest adventure involved a broken drive chain which I was told was still under warranty after 12 years. Big Al (service technician) had the problem diagnosed in about 30 seconds & promptly made the necessary repairs. Branch Garage Doors is simply the best!
