Killeen Overhead Doors

Granted we had to cancel our first appointment so that's on us. But when you call they never answer you have to leave a message everytime and the game of phone tag ensues. Finally got a second appointment and we were told noon to 5pm and service men would call before arrival. We call at 4:30p after waiting all day and of course no one answered their phone.

The two workers Colton and A show up to my house unannounced close to 6:30pm already whining about the work before they even see the job. After seeing the job A becomes very unprofessional I'm not staying around to finish this job. Admittedly my garage is full of my father's and grandmother's possession after they passed. A. proceeds to take pictures of my garage saying he wasn't waiting for me to move my stuff to get to the garage door.

I graciously stop him from whining and say ok I'll clean it up when do you plan to come back. Colton looks me dead in my eye and firmly shakes my hand and lies to me saying he would be back on Saturday as I couldn't take another day off during the week for two weeks. Surprise they never showed up.take your business to someone more professional. Update A1 overhead door did it cheaper and was able to complete the work without moving anything just to prove that your technician's did you wrong and now I refer all my business to A1 overhead door.

This company is extraordinary in their professionalism and I want to commend Brett. He came out on a call because I couldn't code my garage, and he went beyond repair he was courteous he's a genius and very knowledgeable and he cares very much about what he does. I highly recommend this company and particularly this gentleman. He has his companion with him a little bitty doggie he was his helper! I was very impressed with the care that he took with everything he did. Thank you.

I am part owner w/ my brother who manages the business and keeps our 2 commercial crews supplied w/work, and our residential trucks as well. I work alot. So I am biased therefore leave reviews to our customers. (And try to insure as much as I possibly can to have them post positive ones.)

I have used this company several times and the service has always been outstanding. Employees are very nice and they live up to their promises. A special shout out to Brett who recently repaired our door that had been damaged by a truck collision. Was amazed at how he was able to repair the door so we would not need to replace it. Wish I would have gotten the name of the guy that worked on our garage! A spring cracked and broke during the cold weather and he did an amazing job fixing it. Quick and friendly as well

The company that installed doors and gutter at both our houses was only working warranties couldn't do anything for us until January. Oh they did give us a name of a guy that halfheartedly called a half hour after he opened for business but can't wait on that type of service. Killeen Overhead Doors had a technician come out that afternoon and replaced our spring.

The door works good as new. Cameron was prompt, professional and polite. A great young man representing a stand-up customer service-oriented company. Have lived here for almost 36 years and will always use Killeen Overhead Doors from now on.

Killeen Overhead Doors to the rescue and so much appreciated. The spring broke on our garage door and I needed emergency repair. I googled emergency repair and connected with what I thought was a good company and they had me text my address and said they would be at my house between 1 and 2 that day. They never showed up or responded to my phone calls or text.

So in panic because I needed the garage door open that day, I looked for another source and called Killeen Overhead Doors at 4:00 pm and explained my situation. The awesome lady answering the phone took my address and phone number and said let me see what I can do. I was in total shock when at 4:30 a repair man showed up at my door. He was very professional and knew exactly what to do for repairing the spring. I also learned my garage door was made in America. Love Killeen Overhead Doors and Thank You.
