This is going to take a minute. : From the sales to the finished product we couldn't be happier. 3 companies in total come out to give us bids. 1 of the companies we used 3 times previously but they fell short on their last install but thought we would give them a shot to bid. The 2nd company gave the sales pitch: they started high- then said, let me call my manager - then, let me sit in my car and give you time to think about it, nonsense.

I will always go with the upfront, this is what it is, over let's make a deal. I should be getting your best deal from the get go! AWP came in about $4000 under the "let's make a deal" company. Anyways, Philip was wonderful, answered all our questions, respectful, honest and upfront. They expected the windows to come in about 16 weeks but came in at 10 weeks.

They don't subcontract their install out to just anyone. They have dedicated installers and they were fantastic! Each of them new their job and how to do it. They arrived on time. We had 12 windows installed and it took 4 1/2 hours, granted they didn't come across any issues they had to fix on our house and we have a single story. They scored the glass and removed each one carefully instead of shattering the glass!

They covered all of our furniture, floors, computers then wiped everything down when they were done and put the blinds back up. We haven't come across a single piece of glass they missed. They took us to each and every window to be sure we were happy with the work and how to operate them. Their caulking was neat, clean and precise. Besides having beautiful new windows you can't tell they had ever been here. Then the owner Mike called to be sure things went well. Hands down the best window replacement experience ever! OBSESSED with our new windows! so glad we used Advanced Window Products! they were so friendly and professional. a great local family owned business, with wonderful customer service! Heather was so quick to respond when I inquired about the status on my windows, and they actually were able to get them installed quicker than I had expected. the installation crew were great too, they made sure to clean up all the glass really well especially in the kids rooms.

My husband and I had a good experience with AWP. They are a family business where customer service reigns! Our windows were delayed due to shipping issues related to COVID, but once the windows came, their crew was the best. My wall clock accidentally got broken during the install, and they replaced it immediately. The inspector for our windows told me that AWP is the best around. I can vouch for that. Thanks AWP!

I cannot say enough great things about this business. They took such great care of my mother in law from the day they met with her until they were done. The men who installed the windows were on time, worked so hard in the heat, and had a great attitude toward their work. They moved the furniture as they needed and left each room as clean as they found it. I would recommend this company 110%.

We ordered windows in Nov '21. Took 6 months to deliver in May '22. We knew there would be a significant lead time. We chose this company because we wanted good window, a seamless install, and reasonably price - period. Unbelievable work crew.knowledgable, quick, efficient, personable. Ever have one of those projects that is the embodiment of Murphy's law? Well that was my window installation. However, instead of the run-around you come to expect from most contractors, AWP stayed on top of the situation. Their workmen worked until everything was right, were very professional, and I felt safe having them in my house. They even took care of a few small repairs that were needed. The quality of the windows is beyond what I expected. The price is absolutely fair and they are good for their word. I have and will recommend them to friends.

Amazing amazing amazing! Our windows were the originalS from the 70's so it was time to get them replaced! Phillip came out for the consultation and he was great at explaining the process and answering questions. Mike and his company did an outstanding job, the men who came out to install the windows were fast and efficient, cleaned up everything after as if they were never there. Highly recommend. The windows are beautiful and I'm so excited to have this new edition to our home. Great job AWP!

They did a great job with my windows. 31 in total with some arches. took about 3 days. they were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. anticipate that you will need to paint some trim and spackle some small holes when they are done. inspect all caulking outside for any gaps. I had 2 or 3 windows that weren't fully caulked. anticipate some energy savings in summer but some great energy savings in winter. quality honest people and products.

I had a very positive experience with this company. My new windows look beautiful and on the first day I could tell the difference in noise level, temperature inside the house and overall look. The whole process was very easy and painless, and all of the people with whom I interacted were kind and professional. The installation of all of my 19 windows took only one day, and the cost was not the astronomical quotes I had been given by other companies. I would recommend AWP for anyone needing new windows!

Had a window replacement project in my old home which required custom windows. AWP did a great job managing my project which I needed done in two phases from start to finish. Windows are high quality and I will feel much safer in a hurricane. The install team was fast and efficient. If you need to complete a window replacement project. Words fall short on how wonderful this company is. Their work ethic and values surpasses any I have met in the "construction/building" industry. After getting cheated by a contracting company and left with no windows- Mike not only offered to help me out financially but also had the windows expedited and I get them installed in less than 2 weeks. I am so immensely grateful to him and his team.

They are professional, punctual and most importantly NEAT! They treated my home like their own. Just when you think everyone is out there to "get one on you"- this company makes you believe not only in good workmanship but also the goodness of humankind. This company Advanced Window Products was professional and they did very detailed Work. I was very pleased with their services. The staff are very pleasant and focus on doing great job and cleaned up and removed all of old glasses, windows, and patio doors. I highly recommend them. The Completed in one day July 24, 2020! I recently had AWP install all new windows in our home that was built in the early 60's. The new windows have made a huge difference in curb appeal as well as better insulation and quietness in the home. Mike was punctual in our first appointment and went over all the highlights of the sample window he brought. I liked that he was a family owned local company and not a nationwide chain. The install was done quickly and cleanly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Windows & door were ordered and installed as promised by salesman Phillip Wright. The installers Daniel, Mario & Raul showed up and went to work promptly. They were very courteous and worked hard to minimize dust. We were very impressed with their work ethic. The job took 3 days as they worked tediously to insure each window was installed properly. We can already feel the difference in comfort and noise reduction. Very happy with finished product!

I had an appointment with Philip today. He was AWESOME! Gave me a little history about himself and the company which I am totally impressed as they are located here in Houston and ALL the windows are produced in TEXAS - way to keep it at home! I was expecting a huge bid as the others I had from competitors were twice the amount of the quote from AWP.

These guys did ours years ago. I had these companies give me live bids: window world, gulf coast, home depot, champion windows, allied siding, wonderful windows, and AWP. They were by far the 'only' company I felt at ease with after testing their window sample (I beat the heck out of it) & checking out their staff. They had the most non-salesman person come out.

All the other company reps were jerky--they knew very little about the window samples (which seemed like junk compared to AWP's), & they were pressuring me to sign. I remember when the installers came out, they were EXPERTS! I was watching them like a hawk. It's been 7 years, and I can tell you that I am amazed at the quality, workmanship, & value. I've literally saved $400-$600 per year over the last 5 years on my electric bill, & I feel that the work and product will outlast my lifetime. Nobody else had the triple thick glass, either.

It doesn't get better than this! I replaces 18 windows in early September 2011. I did quite a bit of research with all the companies advertised on radio. Not one of them came close to the product offered by Advanced Windows. Their website is the only one out there that gives you all the numbers and ratings on efficiency ratings. They spell out the numbers in black and white.

None of the competition does this because the competition offers an inferior product. I recommend anyone educate yourself on this website and compare them to another business you may believe to be just as good. You will be amazed at the differences. The windows I choose look awesome on my home. They are measured to fit the openings like a tailored suit.

There are no thick bulky frames to eat up the gaps in space. Every window looks great and I watched the entire process from start to finish. The Techs are professionals with a great deal of experience. I was amazed how they remove the old windows and frames and prep for the new ones. When they are done it looks like it was built that way. They have a fantastic full warranty that is on the website and you can read it before you purchase.

You can print it out too. This company has been in business over 20 years and has an outstanding rating by BBB. Like I said, this Business is the best one shop stop you will do! When I called Philip made an appointment to come out to my home. Philip was extremely knowledgeable, he handled all my questions to my satisfaction. In short, windows are a major improvement on your home.

Do it right and you will begin to save money on heat and air cooling. There is no doubt it had added greater value to my home. Those single pane builders windows are no match what-so-ever in comparison to my new Advanced Windows! Advanced Window Products gets a Triple A from me.
