An excellent choice for garage repair needs! My husband and I have used them twice now for repairs and they will always be our go-to company. Last Monday night, my garage door extension spring broke. I called first thing on Tuesday morning and they had someone to my house by 8:45 am. The staff is friendly, priceless are great and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend Colonial Overhead!

Called on a recommendation from a friend after the company we used for 25 years plus never called me back! Jim was professional on the phone quoted a fantastic price they showed up exactly when they said they would to install a new garage door opener in no time perfect job and for the price they said! Also came all the way from Johnstown to Schenectady fantastic company and I will spread the word thanks again!

First experience for basic repair was a good experience. I had some more extensive work done and had water barriers placed and they leak. We called and were told their techs arent responsible for prepping a surface and it should have been prepped prior to their arrival. We could have easily prepped the surface and been ready but we had no idea that 1.
The surface would need to be prepped by us because we were not told and 2. They came without a warning while we were away on vacation. No communication on their part. So I sat on the bill for 30 days. I got 6 calls today alone. Payment was mailed last week and probably in today's mail but it's amazing how responsive they have become.
