Jilco Window

While my response is no, it's not so black and white. The products are pretty. I'm very satisfied with the parts that do work or look good but I've been in a back and forth since August of 2020 for 2 window screens and a door on a new construction. First the screens come in torn and have to be re-ordered. Then not enough screens were re-ordered. Then I keep getting promised dates that never happen. Over a year later and I'm still waiting on 2, TWO, screens and a door.

I am very pleased with the value, professionalism and timely service. I had several windows and a slider replaced. They arrived on time and installation was clean, fast and easy. A window came in incorrect from the factory but Jilco re ordered, kept me updated and re installed. The office was professional and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

We moved into a newly-built home in 2020, and wanted window treatments on every window in the house - some PowerView, some not, but all Hunter Douglas. Billy Gesson took care of everything, and did a phenomenal job. We are happy with everything we did. Billy helped us select the design type for each shade - we were very picky and wanted blackout shades in the bedrooms, wooden shades in the office, decorative shades in the main rooms, utilitarian in the garage, etc. Billy helped us through the entire process - making the selections (he patiently flipped through sample books with us while guiding us in the right direction with his thoughts based on his experience), measuring and ordering the various shades, and then installing them) - in other words, he did everything! Billy was professional in every way, and we could not be happier and more satisfied. We wholeheartedly recommend Billy.

Love my new blinds, totally complete our new home purchase. Billy was awesome throughout the whole Process; quick to return phone calls and emails, always on time and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them, they will NOT disappoint! Thank you again Billy!

Big call out for allowing weekend parking for Empire Trail next to facility. If you need windows give them a chance to earn your business and thank them for allowing you to park

We are a couple months out of wrapping up a major home renovation and are happy to provide a very positive review of the entire process of working with the team at Jilco, particularly Vic Milano. We were referred to Jilco ourselves and ended up working with Vic and immediately appreciated his patience, willingness to (re)explain and reiterate the wide range of options available when purchasing windows and he came up with multiple quotes and packages for us over the course of a year as our project progressed to actually getting started.

By the time we were ready to get underway, we had not only arrived at a price we were pleased with for the window package (about 50 windows), we appreciated working with Vic enough that we had also incorporated doors, hardware, accessories, etc. from Jilco in to the package. Our project was then held up due to the pandemic and, once we were finally able to get started, Vic's experience, dedication and patience were essential to keeping us on schedule as he juggled shipping and logistical challenges that created product shortages and scheduling issues that made things very difficult for everyone.

We are now a couple months out from the completion of our project and are happy to say that we love our windows, doors, etc that we purchased from Jilco and are truly pleased to give both Jilco and Vic a 5.0 out of 5.0.

Adriana from Jilico was very patient, supportive, professional and knowledgeable. She was always available, even during a pandemic, and guided me in making the right decision for the perfect door.

Jilco's customer experience is top notch. great products backed up by great service are what make them a long lasting brand in the area, and beyond. They helped us with new doors inside and out, kitchen counters and a new window. We will definitely be going back for more! Don't go elsewhere, you will waste your time and money.

VC construction has been working with JILCO for many years. Recently we had a complicated window order that MIKE FREIMAN helped with and without him it would've been very difficult. The customer kept making changes and MIKE accommodated us all the way through. they are lucky to have him as a sales person VC CONSTRUCTION

Jilco has made my recent home renovation so easy! I have replaced my front door, every interior door in the house, new kitchen counters, and added a window (so far!). The team always gave us options to choose from (which I am not the easiest person to work with) and communication about what to expect. We knew from the start how many weeks each item would take to arrive and that transparency is hard to find. We are Jilco customers for life!

We are very happy with the kitchen remodel we did with Jilco. The project entailed cabinets, counter tops, custom pantries and island. Reana was very patient and listened to my husband and me to make sure the end result would be both beautiful and functional. We are very pleased and would recommend using Jilco.

Working with Mike and his. knowledgeable staff, I was able to choose beautiful cabinets, doors and an amazing patio slider that was recommended to me based on what would fit best for my home. Jilco worked within my budget and never tried to oversell me. I highly recommend Jilco for all of your renovation needs! This is an extremely knowledgeable and reputable company that you can trust to redesign and deliver!

Purchased several windows from Jilco. You can find less expensive solutions but you will compromise quality, service, and expertise when it comes to installation. My new windows and doors look and work great. Excellent work Jilco.
