Horrible customer service- Joseph Costello was supposed to get back to me with a quote but a week goes by and he doesn't. I call up again and he says he's busy. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with his company. Get your repairs done with another company that wants your business.

Do not, I repeat do not, have Nassau window and door do any work in your house. They do not stand by nor guarantee their installations, and Joe the owner is one of the most nasty individuals you will eve meet. When we requested him to return to replace a broken window lock on one of our newly replaced windows he said he would only do so if we pay him, this is after he replaced seven windows in our home and he doesn't have the decency to replace a lock.

Great service; very knowledgeable. Especially good with front entrances and windows. I high recommend them.

The owner Joe is a nasty man! We purchased a door and 3 point locking system from this company and have been unable to use the front door for two days now because the locking system key cylinder is broken. I spoke to Lynn who told me it may take 3 weeks before someone can get here to unlock my door. Naturally I flipped out hearing this. I spoke to "Joe" and told him I wanted someone here immediately to get my door opened because if we had a fire this is a big problem not being able to get out my front door and with that he reminded me that, "we have windows". Looking for a new door? Go somewhere else. Once they have your thousands of dollars they charge for their doors, they really don't care what happens with it, or you!
