Doors-N-More

The Doors-N-More people were easy to work from initial our contact with Adam Klingele to the guys who came out to install the door. Our old door was letting water into the house and Adam came out to take a look at the situation. No pushy sales pitch which we really liked. They gave us a call when the door came in and scheduling was easy. Mike and his assistant gave us a call before they came out.

Our old door was difficult to get out due to siding and trim. They took the time to get it right and did some repair work to the subfloor. They were very particular. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Kevin, who installed my patio slider, was on time and polite. He brought all the needed materials for removal and installation with him on the truck. Kevin worked non-stop to efficiently remove my stubborn old patio door and install the new one. He left my patio cleaner than he found it by vacuuming the area! My new door is level, well-sealed, smooth to operate and attractive.

We had Doors N More replace most of the windows in our home. The two men that did the installation were very professional and kind. Plus they finished within two days! The guys that replaced my windows was very nice and had a good sense of humor. Everyone else that I dealt with in the store was very nice and personable. I'm going to have them replace my front porch next. Since my windows look so nice, I think the porch will look great.

We had 2 windows and a door replaced before Christmas and decided to have more done now. Adam came over and measured for the new windows. He was very pleasant and went to work right away. A couple days after there was another man came to measure again just to be sure. They did the same thing for our windows and door we had installed last December.

It was nice to see that anyone from the company wore masks. I would definitely refer Doors N More to anyone who wants to have new doors or windows. Cost was pretty reasonable, too.

Brad arrived on the dot, to adjust some screens that had worked loose and weather striping that came unglued in my 10 year + old sunroom. Not only did he attend to those issues on the spot ( I thought he was coming to exam the problem, then send someone else to fix), but he noticed and fixed a door trim that had loosened but I hadn't mentioned. After he left I remembered that a 3rd window had the same issue and he was back within 45 minutes to also attend to that. I couldn't live without this sunroom- it surrounds me with nature on 3 sides, and makes my life better. Gold Medal for customer service, Brad.

JR did a fantastic job, he helped us to decide on things we never considered. He made us excited to get started. Kevin did a great job on the doors, Mike, and his crew was outstanding putting in all our windows and a very big bay window! Huge difference in feel and sound in our house! Definitely worth the wait.

They did an amazing job with the windows in my home. It was at an excellent price and the service techs were beyond excellent. Well done! Highly recommended.

We just had an existing screened-in porch turned into an all weather room by Doors-N-More. We cannot say enough good things about this company. Mike turned a drafty, dusty room into a cozy nook where we can sit and drink our coffee while watching for the deer that sometimes wander into our backyard! He did excellent work and was aware of and responsive to our likes and needs regarding this remodel.

We are very, VERY pleased with the company in general and with all the staff with whom we inter-acted.from Aaron to Mike to the receptionist and all others in the office. Great group of people!

Doors and more was great to work with. I special ordered a couple doors that needed cut down. They were prompt and knowledgeable in all their communication. Doors were in ahead of their lead time and pickup was easy. Door quality was excellent.

I have emailed and called Bobby Ash for a replacement board on trim that was damaged. No return email or phone calls. I finally caught him in the office and he was rude - did not even offer an apology for not responding to me. He told me the board would be in a week ago and he would call me to let me know when it was there. No phone call so I called. It is in - again nothing as far as an explanation or an apology just the usual curt rude replies. I would not recommend this place because their customer service is POOR

So far I am not impressed. We have been getting the run a round for over 6 weeks. No one knows what any one is doing there. All you get is excuses. We have been trying to support the locals since moving here but I could have gone to a big chain store and had it done much quicker.
