Choice Windows Doors & More

Needed help gathering info for a job done 19 years ago on a home we sold. Tax purposes. They could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Told me right away. We may need them in the future and will only go here.

Choice is our go to for home renovations. This review is late in posting as we wanted to see how well the extensive exterior work would hold up to the weather. We could not be happier with the completed job. Choice completely renovated our exterior of our home which included a new roof, vinyl siding, all windows replaced, stone exterior on the front of the house, downspouts/gutters, capped all wood and additional dentil on the front of the house.

The quality of their materials is superior and has held to the changes in weather we experience. We have contracted them several times again for smaller jobs but we are over the moon with this reno. Their communication was superior, arrived on time and completed the job during the cold December weather. They did not leave to work at other sites but completed the job as promised.

AMAZING! I am so pleased with my entire experience! Evan came out about two year ago to give me an estimate on new windows for our entire home ( 17 windows and a new sliding door). He was very professional and courteous. We had several other estimates and they were clearly the most reasonable. With Covid happening we had to delay the project ( bummer).

In August, I contacted Evan again and my contract was still valid ( wonderful)! Again with Covid, it did take a few months to get the windows to be manufactured ( as with everything). The team arrived on Wednesday and finished Friday. These gentlemen were wonderful! Drop cloths, tarped all the windows, covered my furniture. Jeff even fixed my screen door! Amber was excellent. She answered all of our questions and some we didn't think of. The selection of products was great. It was nice to be able to see the the the colors and styles.

We bought Choice windows in the past and we were pleased with their windows. So, we called Choice windows when we needed a new front door with glass outer door. Chad was very kind and professional and was wonderful to work with. ( He was also very kind when we called to fix something.) Jeff did a good job installing the front door and glass door. Barry was kind and helpful when he came today to do one change. I would highly recommend this company!

We are engaging Choice Home Remodeling to completely gut and rebuild our kitchen. We have been working with Alyssa during the design stage and found her to be both flexible and responsive. Choice has done a number of projects for us, including a bathroom, windows, and triple panel door to our deck. They communicate well and follow up to make sure that we get what we want. If you are within an hour or two of New Holland, PA, check these guys out!

We had Choice install the most beautiful second floor sunroom ever. They began the project in December and worked through the cold and wind to finish in the end of January. They were very professional, punctual and paid great attention to detail. The workmen were very pleasant to be around and always had time to listen and discuss any issues we had. We would recommend them to anyone that wants a quality job done at a reasonable price.

It was amazing from start to finish. We had Brian Sheehe out to give an estimate to replace 4 drafty wooden windows with vinyl ones and to replace two very old wooden entry doors. The project scope included widening our front door from 30" to 36," installing a new header and patching the interior plaster with drywall and mud. Estimate went great, no pressure, and he listened to what we wanted and needed.

Choice was the only company of the three places we contacted who would widen the front door, and Choice came in with the lowest estimate at around $5000 (in 2016). They also were the only ones who would allow me to paint my new doors without voiding the warranty. They came out with a crew of at least 4 people on a day when snow was expected in the afternoon, and they called in an extra person to finish all the work in a little more than half a day before the snow came.

I'm still not exactly sure how they installed the new header and front door, new trim molding, patched the the drywall above the front door, mudded, and sanded it smooth all within a half a day but they did and all I needed to do was touch up the paint in that area - you cannot even tell where the edges are, it was that smooth. Everything has continued to work great over the last 4 years since installation in Feb 2016. It was so great to work with people who cared about my house like I do, and I will be calling them again with future projects.

Since we were so impressed with the service, installation and quality of our sliding door some years ago, we knew we wanted to contact Choice again when we were ready to remodel our kitchen. The entire team at Choice genuinely cared about our project as if it was their own home. Multiple staff members checked in on us during the temporary business shutdown due to COVID-19 which occurred mid-project.

It was a pleasure working with Choice and we are very pleased with the results. They made our satisfaction a priority, and we are grateful for the relationships that were built along the way.

Great sales staff, and crew! We gave Doug p a few challenges with our big job and they delivered! Gutters, new construction windows, siding, gutters. They also helped us design a new front porch addition. Completed on time and in budget. My first call on any new project will be to Jeremy!
