They are a joke tell a house owner it's their fault their house not the windows or doors that this place put in. Their house is colder now than before and over just laughed at them. Wouldn't send my worsted enemy.

Love my windows from Exteriors Doors & Windows. 4 years ago we purchased 34 windows from West Shore. The windows leaked air. It was so bad we taped them in the winter to keep the cold out. After a year West Shore would not take our phone calls. My husband called the manufacturer of the windows made in Ohio. After multiple attempts to correct the problem, they returned our money.

We decided to stay local. Valerie is very knowledge about the windows. I did buy the best window. The guys that installed the windows were GREAT! Highly recommend Exterior Door & Windows. Love love my windows.

They took measurements of 3 doors, and 12 windows. We drove 2hrs (each way), for them to say they lost the measurements and couldn't help us.

Worst decision we made was having them put a new door on our home. We have had it just over a year and have had a lot of leaking, pretty much every single time it rains. we have called them several times and. they came back out a few. Initially, right after putting it in they had to come and uninstall it and reinstall it because the guy was "new" and it wasn't done correctly.

We were told we needed spouting and that would solve the problem. So we paid the money and had spouting put up. Believe it or not water is still coming in. We have done everything they asked and it is still leaking.

Disappointed in quality of windows. Have some issues today with windows not fitting correctly and screens don't fit tight. Called shortly after install for service but never came to fix the issues.

I am actually in the market for new windows but with how I was treated by one of their employees at the Reedsville Sheetz today around 3:30, I will not be giving my business to them. If that's how you're expecting to get customers and contracts, you'll be out of business in no time at all.
