Walked in and greeter directed and took me to department I was looking to make a purchase from and a dept representative helped me locate item I was looking for. Awesome service.

Gorgeous store that will fit any projects needs. Incredibly helpful service and excellent customer service. It is absolutely worth making the drive out to Keim to get the best quality service around.

Awsome place, had the privilege of having John Jk Miller help me in the tool department, very knowledgeable answered all my questions, I've also bought wood from there to trim out my windows, very high quality stuff, will definitely go back!

Would give Keim more than 5 stars if I could. I bought 75 tongue & groove boards (1x8-8'), over the phone and it was a very simple process. They were delivered within days - and every single board was in beautiful condition.no throw-aways! This appears to be high quality Ohio whie pine at a cost you would find for a lesser option (you would have 'pick through') at one of the large home improvement stores. The salesman Dave Edinger and the driver Jon were great: very friendly and professional.

This place blew my mind! The facility is like nothing I've ever seen before. In my 30 years of contracting experience, this facility checked all of the boxes for the craftsman/consumer that is seeking quality at a very affordable price point. Are they the cheapest, no. BUT, they are highly competitive in their pricing and the quality of product is second to none.

As a contractor, I would much rather visit and patronize a company that is fairly priced and offers the quality of product that Im looking for, and need. A HUGE inventory of everything and anything you could possibly ask for. I was thoroughly impressed, and that's not something that happens easily. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, and the trip to get there was absolutely breathtaking!

For those that have left negative reviews, take a look at the source. Most of their reviews are negative, and in the "English World", we refer to them as, "Karens." This place is amazing! If you're looking for quality product, tooling, craftsmanship, etc., this is a place you MUST visit! My wife commented on how happy I looked when I got home last night after visiting Kevin, and I couldn't stop talking about how awesome the experience was! Absolutely 110% recommend making the trip. You won't regret it.

As good as it gets. An unlimited inventory of the latest products in almost anything. True expert assistance by the most qualified professionals in the business. Always humble and kind! I serviced several hundred building distributors in 5 states for 20+ years. I dealt with great people. There's just something a little special about The Keim Lumber Teams. I miss y'all.

This is the most amazing store for any home needs. It is the cleanest store as well. The layout and how everything is displayed is so greatly organized. Best section of wood I've ever seen. Excellent customer service. A definite one stop shop and even can grab a bite to eat!

Keim has great products and outstanding customer service. I have been buying from them for the majority of my products and have no complaints.

Keim is an excellent place to go stroll around if you have some extra time on your hands. It is not hard to spend a couple hours in here just looking at all their unique merchandise. From hobbies to recreation to all out work, they have almost everything you will need to get er done. They also have a building with lots of different species of woods in all sizes.

If you are looking for a home improvement store this is also a good find for you. Lots of things to make your house look fresh again. Long tail short, this place is definitely a recommend if you are on your way through Ohio and you'll probably come again on your next trip through Ohio too if I had to guess.

Keim has a wonderful store but we live far away (about 2 hours). Their lumber is better than anything we have found in a big box store AND they will deliver to us at no charge! Their truck drivers have always been respectful and kind. Generally when we call in an order, they'll have it delivered within two days, unload it into our garage and be on their way. It couldn't be any easier. The only draw back is. I don't get to shop in their store which is full of awesome products and ideas for our home.

We loved this store. It was quite pricy but had many displays to give you lots of ideas. We were cautious due to Covid but want to return again after this mess is over.

Wow. Amazing hardware store in the middle of Ohio Amish Country. Very good selection of all general hardware and country supplies but an amazing selection of power tools, wood working equipment, and wood. The wood selection includes general lumber as well as a full selection of exotic wood from all over the world. See pics. If you are into general or serious wood working projects better visit here.

They have a very large order counter to find and order if necessary just about any part. Very helpful and friendly assistance at the counted. Highly recommend a visit just to look around even if you do not have specific hardware needs.

I love Keim Lumber for their selection of hard-to-find unique wood. They also have pre-made electric guitar body blanks; of which I've bought several over the years. I live in TN now, but almost always visit Keim when I visit my family in Ohio!

Best hardware store with huge selection of tools, odd or hard to find hardware, wood crafting tools and amazing lumber and veneers. I must see for any tool geek.
