Edmunds JP Garage Doors

Called this place to "stay local" and support local business. Got nothing but the runaround, for two weeks. Called another place.came out same day, charged me less, and ONE MAN did the job. If your a single woman living alone, and your broken garage is leaving your home unsecure.don't call Edmonds. I HIGHLY recommend Dodson Garage Repairs.

I had a big little mishap with my garage door and I was just sure the thing was toast. They came out super fast and were able to repair the door and get it all working again by the afternoon. Good price too, other places were quoting much higher without even looking at the door. Super glad we called this place!

Had a spring and pulleys replaced. The price was higher than competition and not what we thought when we asked them to come. Also, he left the door a bit crooked.

J.P. Edmunds has worked on my garage door several times to replace springs and fix worn parts. They are very friendly on the phone setting appointments and the work associates are knowledgeable working on the various parts that can be dangerous. I recommend this business with 30 yrs. serving the area.

JP Edmunds responded the same day when I found myself in a pickle with a garage door that wouldn't come down. They were able to persuade it to behave and didn't quit that night till all was secure. The serviceman was respectful and worked diligently to troubleshoot the issues one by one. Additional parts were ordered and a return trip scheduled for a long lasting solution. The newly installed system, like the technician is nice and quiet.

Jeremiah arrived.unloaded his truck with all the materials needed.and was very professional and friendly. The opener was installed and he checked it several times to make sure it was working perfectly before he left. I'd definitely recommend J P Edmunds for any garage door needs.

JP Edmonds was recommended to me from a neighbor for the great service they experienced and we were not disappointed with ours either! We didn't need a new door or motor just some long over due maintenance and adjustments. They were quick, precise and knowledgeable all at a very reasonable price! We appreciated the recommendation and we will use them for any other servicing we find ourselves needing.

They were able to come the same day I called regarding my broken garage door. They got it working the same day and installed a new garage door motor. They did excellent work and everything was much cheaper than I anticipated for a garage door repair/new motor installed. Definitely recommend!

These guys had the best pricing and the best manufacturers warranty. Very honest and professional. They pointed out that one of the window sections was damaged and ordered a new door section right away and replaced it without any hassle. Love my new garage door!

One side of the lift mechanism on my garage door just came apart at the worst possible time. l called Edmunds on Monday morning and help arrived within a couple of hours. The repairman was polite, quick, and efficient. The work took about 45 minutes and included a thorough maintenance check and lubrication. The fee was very reasonable. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend this company.

JP Edmunds servicemen came to our home. They did not have the part needed to repair the garage door opener. They also tried to get us to buy a new opener telling me that it was in bad shape. Their language was inappropriate and unprofessional. I told them I would think about it and let them know what we would do about the repair or replacement. We decided to go with a company we felt better about and I informed the owner.

A week later we received a bill for their brief initial visit for $50. They didn't do anything and called it a trip charge. At no point did the owner or servicemen indicate a trip fee for an estimate. When I called the owner again to ask her about this surprise bill she told me that her servicemen should have told me about it. They didn't and she is still charging us.

She reduced it to $35. Beware that an estimate call from JP Edmunds unlike most companies will be a charge even though no service is done. Company is very unprofessional. The second company that we had the work done told us that our garage door opener should last a long time and did not need replaced unlike what JP EDMUNDS indicated.
