Their windows are junk, they sent two different guys to measure and the windows still came out to small. I have issues with th1ree windows and Quillen will not return my calls or service the windows.

Critical: Professionalism This was the highest pressure sales pitch I have ever experienced. Came to give us a quote and was in our house for 2 hours and did not want to leave till he got a downpayment. When he said no he became angry and extremely defensive and stormed out.

It's been about a month since we had our windows installed by Quillen Bros. Windows and they look great! The guys that installed them, Dakota and Orlando were lightening fast. All windows were in place in roughly and hour. On a side note, I don't know what my energy bill looks like yet but I can tell you that by changing out our windows it seems to stay cooler much longer in the house with the system off. Great job Quillen Bros!

We love their windows! We open our windows so much more now that we have new ones and they are effortless! Our house is so much lighter and brighter with them too. Everyone was so nice to work with and so helpful when we had questions. If you haven't called them for an estimate yet you are really missing out!

Excellent service! We had 100 yr old original windows that needed replaced. We met with Quillen in September and our windows for the whole house were done within 30 days! Adam and Connor worked long hrs and were quick at getting our whole house done in 2 days! They cleaned up right away and the windows look awesome! We are so happy with our new windows!

Amazing people to work with. We just had our windows replaced and the salesman and the installers were fantastic. The quality of the windows is off the charts and we could tell a difference before they even finished the job. Will definitely be calling again when it's time to replace our sliding door!

Quillen Brothers is an amazing company. Overall experience was great and the quality of the windows are great! They have an amazing warranty with all windows! We also got a patio door as well that makes our kitchen and dining room look amazing! The installation of the windows and patio door was great and smooth process, they even took away the old ones and cleaned everything. Highly suggest going with Quillen brothers.

I met them at the Ft Wayne Home Show and was impressed by the gentleman's knowledge of their windows. And that I didn't have to give up my original trim around my windows because of living in a log home. I liked the family concept of the company. I was also impressed with their representative that visited my home and demonstrated the quality of their windows, the durability of their exclusive Rhino Glass and the variety of their colors.

The price is very competitive to other companies. It only took two days to put in the new windows and the men were respectful of my home and property. I enjoyed having them put in my new windows. I am now enjoying my wonderful new windows and slider door!

Salesman came out promptly had a window put in years ago by them and loved it. Ordered window big beautiful front window it was 3100 they wanted 1000 to put down which I thought was pricey but we wrote check. Window came in really quick installers were here on time got here at 130 did not leave till 820 took a long time. The installers said a part of window was not with them it was not their fault was not on list I said I am not paying you till it's fixed.

He went out made a phone call and finished window no one brought part out. The window is beautiful but it has been a month and they still have not brought my part out and I have have up calling cause they ignore me. After you get window installed a guy calls he last name is Quillen and he asked how everything went said he was not gonna drive all the way from Bryan Ohio to Swanton for just that one part cause he had a bad knee.

Very dissappointing. Will never do business with them again still waiting on part over a month. And yes I paid them I should not have. This company has changed since I purchased years ago buyer beware. I am kicking myself for paying them.

A salesman was at the Hillsdale auction and asked me if I wanted a quote on windows. I said I can't afford them. He said it never hurts to get an idea. So I filled out an application. They called and cancelled the appointment out of the blue. Then I found they ran a hard inquiry on my credit report causing my credit score to drop 27 points. When I called Matt Quillen said that fine print at the bottom says they can run a hard inquiry.

Again I never inquired about financing from them nor did I get an estimate. This is not honest business practice nor does it reflect a the moral character of the Christian business that they claim. I was all set to sell my house to buy a smaller one. Now my financing was pulled because of this predatory practice.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. If you have a problem with any of their product good luck getting it fixed. They will not return phone calls or respond to emails. I will never deal with this company again.
