The commercial installation guy is great and did a great job. He's very knowledgeable on the task at hand. 5 stars to him. But the. Customer Service at J&R not so, waited almost 2 mouths for the doors to be ordered and installed they had a ""scheduling issue"" Is what I was told. After 2 mouths they came out worked three days and left the job unfinished for 30+ days in November and December. Had one door functioning but not completed the other door was 1/4 the way stacked and they disappeared. After contacting them they did come back out and finish stacking the door so the hole was plugged. But still leaving no way in or out on that end of the building
