Purchased top of the line opener last year. A year later, it stops working. called to have it serviced. Serviceman said the sensor near the floor was slightly bent so it would not line up with the adjacent sensor for door to work. Charged me $79 for the service call and then $33 IN LABOR TO UNBEND THE METAL SENSOR BY HAND! (maybe 3 seconds of work)

I was quoted a price of $352.49 for installation with one remote installed. Upon completion bill was $372.28. When I questioned the amount I was told quoted price didn't include tax. Satisfied with installation. Very dissatisfied with amount added on to quoted price. The whole idea of getting a quote is to know the cost BEFORE work is started. Would not recommend.

The spring to my garage door broke and Jeff was my technician. He gave me a courtesy call 20 minute prior to arriving, which I appreciated very much. Once here, he worked quickly and politely. Jeff even gave me tips on maintenance for my garage door. I will definitely be calling them again if needed.
