I bought a double front door from Emerald Doors, 2357 Harper Rd, in Beckley WV in 2007. It's solid mahogany with insulated stained glass panels. It was shipped 1,000 miles by Yellow Freight Systems to my home in Edmond, OK. It arrived with a very small crack in one of the stained glass windows. It also had one of the handles installed upside down.
It did not come with a pre-hung, assembled frame, but did come with the materials to build my own frame. It cost $9,600.00. The company offered no rebate for the handle being installed upside down. They also shipped out a replacement stained glass window at their cost, but left it up to me to hire someone to install it. I had trouble for years with it binding because the very heavy door did not fit perfectly in the frame I built from the materials they sent.
I could not find a suitable carpenter to hang the door, although I live in a population area of 1.4 million people. I tried to Emerald Doors on line on 06/08/14 but they seem to no longer have a website. Don't know if they are in business any longer. Would NOT recommend.
