Unfortunately the job was never done correctly. We were sold on a extra service to dig out the trench in front of the windows and place pea gravel to force drainage. $1,800 later I still leave towels on the window to avoid further damage. The owner has told me he would be hear Monday at least half a dozen times over the last 12 months, yes 12 months.

The window placement looks good but what does it matter if water is coming in? I'm frustrates and disappointed. Would not recommend this service. If it ever gets resolved I will adjust this post but I doubt it given the chronicity of the disease. Since I cannot reply to you, the gentleman's name was "POPS" and I have all the text messages to prove it.

Water runs under the window and is not from the brick as i was told from your team. I have sent him videos of this. All I want is you to finish the job correctly. 1800 was the total amount, I never said it was for the drainage. Thank you Ronald Ronald, I appreciate your team coming out to fix the job again. I just want you to know that it rained for the first time since your team came out, the window used to leak, but now. it poured through it.

I appreciate you trying but I guess your team can't get it right. Hope your team can do better for others. Below is a hew picture trying to dry out my basement after I ripped my rubber flooring out again due to water.

Great place, they do much more than windows. I used to work there, and the owner is a awesome guy.

August, 2021 They did a very poor job of cleaning up all the broken glass inside and out from the old windows they removed. All they had was a broom and used it very lightly. No shop-vac used at all for broken glass on the inside of the home or all over the front porch. A huge mess was left. They weren't the least bit concerned about the mess when I asked for a better clean up. Very unprofessional for the entire job.

I was looking for a company to install just the vents in my basement glass block windows. That was a challenge in itself, because it was such a small job. Enter Glass Block Professionals. They were very patient explaining our options, coming out to take a look and quoting the job. They also followed up when I got busy and put the job on hold due to my own busy schedule.

When they came out, they were fast and efficient. Everything was cleaner than when they got here once they left. They were also extremely respectful of me working at home. - noise to a minimum, etc. I would absolutely call them 1st next time!

I can't tell you enough how pleased I am with the product and the service. Astetically, the windows look amazing. But the quality in the best asset. At first I couldn't decide which blocks to get so I went to their warehouse. The owner took the time to show me around and see the various options. I was able to make an informed decision that makes me happy. The installers came early to do the job, worked efficiently and cleared the area of debris before leaving.

They did a great job installing the glass Block windows. They look great! The reason I give a three star is because they did a poor job cleaning up when done. I went into my basement bare foot and step on glass from the old windows. When I had my upstairs windows installed by Wallside windows. They left my house spotless no broken glass left behind.

When I talked to the owner about my complaint he said it is not our responsibility to clean everything. "We are not maids" (those were the exact words the owner said). They did clean up just not good enough.

When looking for installation of glass blocks to replace some old garage windows. I was impressed by Glass Block Professional website, commitment to their customers. I called and spoke with a person who said the sales person would get back with me with a date to come out to give me a estimate. Well, I had to call them back to setup the date, which they apologize.

The salesperson arrived on the date agreed to, but with no forewarning on time of arrival. He was thorough on how the job would be performed and material use. We agreed on a price and I gave him a deposit and he said he would get back with me on date and time Well he didn't, I call them and other apologize. The installers did show up on time. But left bad first impression.their work truck was something out of junk yard. completely rusted out, weatherstripping hanging out the door and left a large oil stain on my driveway.

I was surprised they never introduce themselves on arrival, just start working which. I didn't find professional. But they did the installation without a hitch and did a thorough job cleaning up. But after almost a week haven't had a follow up on the job. I don't feel they are that professional as they preach

Everything went smoothly and was done with professionalism. When I called to get someone to come out for the estimate, the person who scheduled it made sure he worked around my schedule and gave me some insight into their certifications and what they can offer. Kevin came to do the estimate and he was polite, timely, and honest. He told me his recommendations, but wasn't pushy.

The job was done a few days later and the guys who came out were very efficient. It took them a few hours (our house is old and I can't imagine getting the old windows out was an easy task) and they look great. I am extremely impressed with how clean they kept our yard and basement. Not even a speck of dust or mortar was left behind. The price was very fair and definitely worth it.

I'm very picky and tend to always find something to complain about lol but with these guys, I am highly satisfied and would recommend them to anyone who wants good customer service, good work, and a good price.

I recently had Glass Block windows installed in my basement. I was concerned because I have wall to wall carpet in my basement. The workers were very professional, paid attention to detail, and removed their shoes when walking on the carpet. The windows look great and the vents eliminated the back draft that caused the pilot light on my hot water heater to keep going out. I will recommend Glass Block Professionals to my friends, family, and business associates.
