They are horrible - no show for first appointment after waiting all day for tech to show up 2 weeks after calling to schedule appointment. Technician called before time he was supposed to show up- stating too busy. Rescheduled and no call no show for 2nd appointment- called office to find out reason. Wasted another whole day waiting for the technician. Secretary calls next day stating they didn't have us on the schedule. Totally incompetent and subpar customer service. Can't leave a negative star.

Just got a new garage door installed. Christine kept me informed from the time I asked for a quote, to asking if I would like a better door at the same price (because they had it in stock), to letting me know Jeff (my installer) was on his way this morning. Total professionals from the free estimate visit to the expert installation of our new garage doors. So glad we used Russell Garage doors as their price was way less than other local companies but the workmanship was worth twice the price.
