I've been a customer for 4 years. Last week our bay door was stuck open. I requested an emergency service as we couldn't leave the door open overnight. The technician arrived in a timely manner and left the door closed. After that, we scheduled a repair on a different day, and now it's all back to normal.

I definitely agree with the rest of the reviews. Really bad customer service! Scheduled 2 appts to have a tech come out. Both times no show and no follow up what so ever. I had to call them. Then they decide to send a tech on my day off. The receptionist called to let me know the tech was onsite. Told her no one had told me they were coming and that I wasn't around.
I could hear her sigh over the phone like she was annoyed. Finally get a tech out with a complete different job description than what I had explained to the receptionist. The tech took measurements & told me he would let his boss know. Days goes by without hearing from them. I call to follow up for the lady to tell me they don't do that kind of work. Well, thanks for the heads up.
