Thank you Franklin Glass Company! I had a basement window that needed a new pane of glass. I brought it over in the morning today (Tuesday) and FGC had out done in a few hours. Debbie called to say that it was done. I was so pleased. No critters getting through the basement window opening. (I did have plastic over it for bugs, etc.) Thank you to our local business! Shop local! Plus, I absolutely love and recommend the glass cleaner that they sell. No streaks, beautiful result from this product.

Franklin Glass is an excellent local company, and the folks they hire to service customers are equally excellent. When I moved into my home and put in a shower door, they did a great job - even when something needed to get adjusted a few years later - they took care of quickly. Additionally, my parents used them to service all shower doors in a new condo community in Franklin - everything was top notch. Companies like this are the ones you always go back to. I needed a replacement transom for my home front door. The internal seal had "melted" over the years in the hot sun and was not energy efficient or all that attractive to the eye. Working with Franklin Glass they identified the door and the proper transom, ordered, and had it ready within a few business days. Good service and I'm happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Franklin Glass.

Franklin Glass Company and their staff are wonderful. I was able to drop off and pick up an insulated unit in one day. They fixed my window that had grown, I guess, mold, on the interior and for the first time since I moved into my house, I can finally see out of it. They were prompt and professional

Hired this company to do new screens in my townhouse a while back. They had someone come and measure everything and once they were done making everything they came to install. Day after they finished the install I noticed that multiple windows had really loose screens. They were so loose that the plugs holding the windows in place could not both be in on each side.
I called expecting them to come out and fix the shoddy work. The lady on the phone was very rude and unprofessional, basically told me to shut up, they wouldn't fix, and didn't care one bit if I wrote a bad review so here we are.

Franklin Glass is the best. We had an 10 foot slider that needed the wheels replaced. Not a project we could tackle ourselves as it required taking the frame apart, not to mention we didn't have the parts. They advised bringing the door to their shop. Brought it down, in and out in less then 45 min, helped me load it back in the truck. Cost us a fraction of what it would have taken for a repair guy to come on site. Couldn't recommend these folks enough.

Awesome service, great products, they will help you with whatever you need. I needed a mirror for my bathroom, had purchased about 4 mirrors from other places and none of them worked out, then I went to Franklin Glass and the mirror selection was great and I finally found the perfect mirror, they didn't even make me buy it because I wasn't sure it would work so they just took my Credit card so if I need to return it for a different one it would be a hassle, they are so nice and professional.
