Be Careful ordering from here. Ordered custom doors and windows, told by salesperson Peter they are a preferred distributor and could get the order in in 3 months. After giving a $60,000 deposit and waitinga week or two for confirmation I was told November. After reminding the salesperson about being a prefered distributor and waiting another week it was moved up 2 weeks to the end of October. Bait and switch, definetly not what was discussed ever, a 7 month wait. Shame on them, BE CAUTIOUS!

Worst experience ever. ordered a very expensive front door promised in april. no word on when it will come or what the hold up was. Had to call and email multiple times with no avail. When reaching out to our sales rep James Smith he never responds to emails or phone calls. Had to call the sales manager for any response and he also doesnt seem to know whats going on- telling us that they may not be able to do a standard stain on a wood door and on and on. so disorganized and absolutely no customer service. Weve signed off on this door in January and still have no firm time frame- absolutely do not take any business to this place.

Rained in again today! their service tech said it was the contractor's fault new contractor came and reinstalled the door. They leak less now. Tech claims I need a canopy installed over the doors! Exterior doors shouldn't leak! These doors replaced doors that NEVER leaked. Contractor called it: Low quality; cheap doors!

Great place! I had a cabinet door broken in half (thanks to clumsy teenage grandson). Thought I would take a chance to see if it could be replaced, never thinking it could be repaired. Horner Millworker said "No problem, we can glue it". I didn't expect much of a result but left the door anyway. Two days later got a call to come pick it up. Unbelievable! The door looked like nothing had happened and THERE WAS NO CHARGE! Amazing work and great customer service!

I have used Horner Millwork multiple times while buying my house and remodeling. I have to say they have outstanding customer service. I worked with salesman Brian M. and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was to my liking. Excellent quality windows and custom doors and better prices than any other places in the area. Will definitely be using them for all my future needs! Thanks again Brian!

Worst possible experience I can imagine with Horner Millwork. I think I've only posted one other negative review and all my other reviews tend to be quite positive. We purchased approximately $120,000 worth of Kolbe windows and doors plus an additional 24 interior solid doors and a solid $6000 front door. We worked with a very well respected and experience general contractor and he worked with a Horner sales representative.
The sales person came to measure for the windows and assist us and picking out the right options. He placed an order for the windows but press the wrong button on the computer when ordering them so they were ordered without the nailing flange. These were massive modern window sets! This literally set off a six week delay in my project with my siding stripped off.
The exterior subcontractors had to move onto a different job. Instead of ordering the proper windows they negotiated with Kolbe for an aftermarket flange design by Kolbe and installed by Horner. No matter how many times my contractor I attempted to interact with one of the managers we were ignored and treated disrespectfully. They waited to admit their mistake at about six months after the initial computer ordering error that they made.
However no apology was provided and they continue to treat me as if I had done something wrong. I still have two windows that leak and the contractor is not able to get assistance from Horner. The managers who eventually came out when I posted something on their Facebook page and not before, Were rude and accusatory in spite of them making a massive error.
Initially we actually had six leaking on a house with all new siding and custom windows. Two remain leaking After one and a half years. Although I only accepted the aftermarket fix recommended by Kolbe and Horner after they verbally guaranteed a written extra warranty by Kolbe and Horner 100% guarantee that these windows would be fully warranted and and guaranteed not to leak.
I still dont have s in writing. I can attempt to send a video of the brand new windows leaking. Multiple times I attempted to reach a C level person with no respect and I kept being rerouted to the same misogynistic and disrespectful Middle-management man. Additionally some of the windows are very noisy they don't keep the sound out although the sales person made the recommendation on the type of glass to have based on our home.
Management never came out and admitted that they had mis-ordered the product to begin with until I was able to prove to them and then they admitted it but were rude and Unhelpful. There was one handyman who came to the house from Horner who was nice and tried to assist us. Even some of our doors were delivered without the frames although I was accused of lying about that mid management guy later admitted that an error had occurred. PLEASE follow my recommendations and stay far far away.
I am still working on for fixing this very expensive disaster of an experience which fully derailed my project and cost me at least 100 K extra in 6 week delay and now leaking brand new windows

We are doing a major remodel on our home and let me state that Horner has premium products. We ordered 3 doors and a new kitchen and all of it is beautiful. My 3* review comes from the service. The kitchen design went smoothly and the designer was very good. I made a change late in the game and it was done smoothly. The door ordering was a bit more cumbersome and on the times I went in to pay on the balance I waited very long times.
The front desk people were ok, but just didn't feel like they wanted to help. The delivery of the last door was made and they forgot to drop off the trim - so my contractor bought trim - with the price of these items there should be no mistakes. I am extremely happy with the products we purchased but customer service is a bit sketchy in my opinion. If you want solid and quality products go here, just be forewarned it is a slow process at times.

We used Horner Millwork for our premium interior trim, doors and grand stairway. They provided a great, reliable service and helpful design advice. The product was delivered on time and in excellent condition. We would recommend Horner to anyone looking for a higher end look to their home with material that will hold up.
