We needed to replace a panel on our garage door and representative, Tina W., did an awesome job! She was very timely w/the giving us the costs of the door, she set-up, and coordinated the removal of our current garage door to being delivered to Gary's for painting, and then back for reinstallation. They look great and all done w/out a hitch. Very nice to work with! Always a pleasure.

Professional, excellent service, product and value. Two polite professional technicians came to our home and installed a new garage door opener on our 25+ year-old garage. They checked the existing garage door tracks and replaced some rollers and adjusted one of the tracks. American Door Works made this very simple and affordable. A few years later called them about a new astragal (bottom strip) and they were so darn helpful! Highly recommend!

I previously had good service work done by ADW on a garage door they installed at my home when a spring broke. After 20 years of the same garage door opener, the remote and keypad quit working. I went in to replace them and was accidentally given the wrong ones, which eventually led to a new garage door opener diagnosis. The installing technician noticed the error.

Door opener was old and needed replacing when the unit died. Replacing the unit and adding new items was a breeze for them. We have used ADW in the past and have never had any complaints. Great people and very reasonably priced to boot. I would highly recommend ADW for all of you garage door needs.

A couple years ago one of the cables on our 16 x 7 garage door broke and one of the plates at the bottom corner was quite rusted. I went into American Door Works and they were very friendly and helped me get me the correct parts. When trying to do the repairs on my own, I realized it was a job for an expert, or at least someone more skilled than myself.

I called them back and they had a technician come out and do the needed repairs. He was knowledgeable and courteous and did an excellent job, and the price was very reasonable. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Linda, as we are considering replacing the top panel with a new panel that has windows. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this company based on my positive experiences.

The service was fantastic! Rich was able to get exactly the same garage doors we have been using with another company, for almost the exact same price. The crew did an excellent job replacing one garage door and upgrading another. The doors work perfectly. Also, the hardware is very heavy-duty compared to the original. The crew worked very efficiently to get the job done. They also were happy to tell me how to fix an issue I had with another older door. Their suggestions worked perfectly.

We worked with Rich Irish in the purchase and installation of two 7' x 16' garage doors. There was no stock color available to match the trim on our home, so Rich coordinated with a local painter to get the doors painted our chosen color. ADW provided delivery to the painter as well as pick up, followed by their flawless installation. What a great group of ADW people from sales through installation.
