C&K replaced all of our windows. They kept us informed while waiting for the product to come in and during installation. They got the job done in my mind record time even though they thought it could've been done quicker (probably sarcasm which I appreciate). The job was thorough and done well, I could not be more impressed!

C&K has done multiple jobs for our condominium association, from gutter repair and new gutters, siding repair, and building wrap. All work was done properly and we have no complaints at all. We had a GREAT experience with C&K Services! They replaced our aging roof and installed brand new beautiful gutters and we couldn't be happier. I had several pieces of siding that kept coming loose after wind storms as they weren't properly locking into the next vinyl piece. C&K was responsive and fast, re-punched the holes in the vinyl and ensured that it all properly and securely locked into place. Excellent and friendly service!

We contacted C & K Services due to some issues with ice dams and poor drainage. They promptly returned our call and scheduled an appointment to determine the type of repair needed. Shortly after, we received a detailed itemization and estimate of the planned repairs and we were added to their schedule to have the work done. The crew could not have been nicer and the area was immaculate when the job was completed. Highly recommend!

I used C&K at two of my buildings. The roof leaks, they came out made lots of promises and then responded through an email that is a "Do-Not-Respond" address. The second instance was some fascia work at another building and the fascia they supposedly fixed fell off. When I called them about it they refused to fix the problem. I had to hire another company to fix their poor workmanship.

I have used C&K Services a few times, at two separate homes I have owned - both times the were nothing short of giving 5 Star Service. From setting up the appointment, the sales consultation to the work being done. June 2019 we had our house sided by C&K. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of work this company does. From start to finish, C&K did an outstanding performance for us. They made us feel like we were their only customer and that our business was important to them. Our job was completed very timely and with such professional work. They suggested little details that made our project turn out so amazing!

In addition, every night the job site was completely cleaned up, which was very much appreciated by me! Every time we pull in our driveway now, we smile. This is not the first project we did with C&K, about 6 yrs ago we needed a new roof and we hired C&K. Again, same quality work, roof is in great shape, job site clean up was excellent. The installers for them were great.did 8 windows in 2 Days & it was in December.

We used C&K services to replace windows. The pricing was right on par and the salesman was very professional. From the time it took to order the window to the time it took to install, there was good communication from C&K and we didn't wait long. Installers were quick with their work but very efficient. We are very satisfied and would recommend them for any type of work.

C&K completed our roof in West Bend in March. The roof looks beautiful. The whole process from bidding to cleanup was easy and very professionally handled. Our sales rep took the time to explain the options to us and help us choose the different options. As we were still in winter the start of the project was changed frequently because of weather however the office staff constantly stayed in touch with us. I was very pleased with their cleanup after the job was done. I would certainly recommend them!

We hired C&K to replace our roof, 2 skylights and all new gutters. The project was completed last week. Logan Fergus, who was our sales person, was a joy to work with. He was very helpful in explaining the whole process to us and also helped us with picking out our color selection for both the shingles and gutters. We were very impressed with the crew.

We're extremely pleased with a roof replacement C&K recently done for us by C&K Services. We'd received three bids for the work, and while all were fairly close, C&K had a few quality assurance elements to their bid that others did not. Their staff is great, extremely professional, and the work was accomplished exactly as they had proposed, exactly as scheduled.

C&K has done wonderful work on our house! They replaced our roof, gutters, overhang, windows and doors. Plus a number of odd jobs that we couldn't do ourselves. Their prices have been competitive and reasonable. They were prompt, efficient and courteous. They did the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves. We have been so pleased with the work outside that we plan to have them remodel our main bathroom. I would highly recommend this company!

A roof was replaced and a leak developed a few years later. When they did the roof they pointed out that I needed some new boards. I said to go ahead, I don't want to deal with this anymore so I paid extra for that. I was told "you're good for 20 years". Guess not. They now want to charge me an addl $1100.00 to do the flashing around the chimney. My roof was bare, seems to me this should have been addressed then. Nice job but back up their warranty.
