There is an approval process. If the insurance company approves my request for OEM parts, you will only owe the deductible on your comprehensive policy. If they deny the approval request, you can still have OEM parts. You will be responsible for the difference between the OEM and what the insurance company allows. If you have already setup a glass claim and received the dispatch/referral number, all you have to do is call back and have the claim changed over to our shop. My insurance company told me I safety systems that require recalibration after the windshield is replaced.

All windshield and non-mobile glass replacements carry a manufacturers' warranty and a workmanship warranty.
Windshield replacement falls under the comprehensive portion of your insurance, not the collision portion. A cracked windshield does not reflect your driving ability and has no bearing on your level of risk to the insurance company. Therefore replacing your windshield will not influence your insurance premiums.

I left a voicemail asking them to please call me back that evening. Message was left around 5:30 and they close at 8:00, I explained how I lived close to them, and I understood if they didn't have time to do the work then just don't call me back. I gave one star because they did call back, after lunch the next day. If they would have called the same day or early the next day I would have felt listened to. They may do great work I won't ever know.

This company is great, every time I have ever needed anything for any of my vehicles they are always fast, on point, and it's completed right the 1st time. I also use them for the Service department I operate to replace glass when needed. I've never had better service! They always go above and beyond to take care of anything I've needed.

This is the company you must hire to repair repair or replace your windshield. We have a 2017 Lexus Chris repaired 2 road chips for us and the repair is if it did not happen. This is the company to hire for chip repair and glass replacement. Thank you Chris and the office staff for Outstanding Service.
