Show up for my appointment on Monday and the windshield wasn't there. Weather was terrible the weekend prior (Although I did receive two text messages over that weekend reminding me of my scheduled appointment). Installer tells me when I arrived for my appointment that he just puts them in, he apologizes, and tells me he'll find out what the problem was (all the while blaming the Salisbury Office).
He tells me he'll personally call me with follow-up info if need be (he didn't). I called the Salisbury scheduling people afterwards and they assured me they'd get back to me asap. no call. Called another business and they're putting in my windshield for almost half of their quoted price. This place has gone downhill since the previous business manager moved on.

I've had three windshields replaced at Mr. Go Glass. In so far as their work, they do a decent job. However, the last time they replaced the windshield the technician broke the plastic retaining clips of the escutcheon around my rear view mirror, which left it rattling around the mirror arm. I would have thought they'd have just owned-up to it and told me about it but was not the case here.took me a couple days to figure out where the noise was coming from and by that time I just felt it wasn't worth the effort to go back and engage them about it.
Whereas (most) responsible shops would apologize and offer to fix this (probably $10j damaged part. My main disappointment with this business is the overall poor customer service. It's nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone from being put on hold. and they can go days before returning a call (if ever). Perhaps I'm a bit old school in believing if a business wants my business, they should be exert some sense of urgency and follow-through.
After calling yesterday a few times after hanging-up from being on hold for 5-minutes (I timed it) I finally got a hold of the auto glass person. I was told my glass was not in-stock through their main vendors so she had to check on the dealer part availability and call me back. I never received a call back yesterday nor today. So I called the dealer myself and found that the glass is in-stock and can be delivered next business day. I've now given-up on this shop (at least the store in Easton) and scheduled my repair elsewhere. I'm also a bit bewildered as to why they would post a sign at the counter stating that they pass their credit card processing fees on to the customer as a surcharge. I'd expect that most repairs are in the hundreds if not thousands of dollars, and many consumers may need to use a credit card as they may not have ready cash to pay for a repair. It's yet another slap in their customer's face which further underscores this business's lack of customer service. I don't think I'll bring my business back to this store unless it comes under new management.

There is a reason this company sucks in the ratings. I called on a Monday about a major issue with my glass fireplace. I was assured that I was going to receive a call back from the technician later that evening on Monday. Never received the call back on Monday. Fast forward to Tuesday, I called and informed them that I didn't receive a call By the technician and I told I would get a call later Tuesday evening.
I was called on Tuesday by office and told that i would receive and email Wednesday stating estimate for the job. Wednesday I never received estimate. I called Thursday and after being transferred multiple times and being told different stories, someone told me that I would receive call back to schedule service. Never received call back. Here were are on Friday and still no call l To schedule service.
Sad point is that I was told about this company by a friend who personally knows the owner Brett. So you would think I would deserve at least communication and good service. Not exactly, if this is how the owner treats friends and other business owners, well, I wouldn't recommend this company to put glass in my picture frame much less anything in my home. By the way, I'm still waiting on that email and call

We asked Go Glass to come out and cover our pergola with plexiglass. They came right away and gave an estimate promptly of 2800.00. We accepted the bid and then they sent another technician out to do final measurements. The bid changed to $38,000.00. Yes, this is not a typo. $38,000.00. Go Glass does not know what they are doing.

Purchased a home May 4, 2018, prior to which this company was to make repairs to a kitchen window. The repair was paid for in April 2018 as a condition of settlement. We were told "a part is on order" by this company. A month later- "still on order, will have supervisor call you." Now 5 months later, no fixed window- which has already been paid for- and the same response by the same woman- Melissa- "will have the supervisor call you." Never once have they called us back. Horrible, horrible company. And we will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
