John was knowledgeable, attentive to my needs, and determined a solution to all of my problems. We enjoyed the fact that he didn't try to upsell us on anything. He didn't depart until he was satisfied with the project's completion. His major goals are his clients' safety and well-being. Very disappointed! They measured wrong, installed incorrectly! Have been asking them to fix problem well over 6 months. Small door fell on my husband and luckily he wasn't hurt and door did not break. Garage makes very loud sound, because garage door was measured wrong. They installed brackets on the outer part wood instead of in the center of 2x4 and wood split/cracked because they did not pre-drill. If they don't fix properly, I will have no choice but to seek further legal action. I will update post with photos and update comments on my repairs.

Called Caliber Garage Door company to see what the issue was on my malfunctioning garage door opener on my rental unit. I told David the technician what was the issues was and in a few minutes he found the problem. I was amazed how quick he resolved the issues on the spot, the garage door opener was working again, Thank you so much. I'd recommend them to everybody. Great Job.

Sam did a fantastic installation this morning of a new garage door opener to replace an old one with burnt out motor! He was super knowledgeable and professional and friendly! Great product, and responsive service. Install was on time, easy to schedule, and done really well. I cleared the space for the install, but forgot about a couple cables for a camera, and the team installing made sure that they were taken into consideration while putting in the new door. Given I had forgotten about it was nice to see it properly managed.

The door itself, which was insulated was a huge improvement from the insulated door prior. Other hardware seems to be pretty good quality as well. The work itself was left behind no extra holes or anything of the sort.

Excellent experience with Caliber Garage Doors. From the first phone call to set up a service call to Sam's installation of a new opener. Sam was professional, friendly & fair. Clearly laid out my options, made sure our dual remotes were compatible and even tuned up the operation of the door to prevent slamming under manual operation w/loss of power. Great company. The installation of the springs on our roll up door was very quick and extremely professional. Fast, fair prices. I was extremely impressed. I had a extremely high quote from the guy on TV and it was a joke, they even hung up on me twice when I asked what the type of equipment that they use. Caliber is the only way to go. I will be telling everyone I know to use them. Jarrett was very helpful on the phone and polite. The installer was top notch.

I hired them to replace my garage door rollers, The tech had hard time to removed old rollers and in processing of removing old rollers he removed and messed up my door tracks. When I asked to correct it to its original place he asked me to pay additional since he put up rollers for what I hired him. I try to explain him and showed him how he twisted track during removing old rollers, he denied and keep asking to take care if I pay for it additional.

When I talk to office to pay for it and request to take care of my track since tech had misaligned my tracks during installation of rollers (I provided) they told me that your roller had dust cap and that misalign and making noises. and owner threatened me that he is putting a lean on my property for $120 till I pay. I never say I don't want to pay but I wanted to take care of my garage door as it was working properly before tech had touched my garage door.

Owner /manager was the same way the tech was refuse to take care of me and said you pay or he is putting provisional lean on my house. I pay them but had a very horrible experience with this shop. Very unprofessional, unethical way doing business. I'll NOT recommend to hire them. My garage door make very loud noise and whole track shake when you open door. I need to hire someone else to take care of their mess.

I chose Caliber Garage Doors after receive estimate from three garage doors company. Caliber had a better door at a lower price point. The sales rep was friendly and attentive to what I was looking for in the door. No pressure to buy a more expensive door. Actually, I wish the sales rep did try to up-sale the door. I later discovered Caliber have designs I wanted that was much cheaper than others.

The install was great. The installer was friendly and patience in answer all my questions on the garage door. After learning I wanted a faux wood door, he took the time to check how long it would take to order the new doors. This was after he already remove the old door. He was willing to put it all back. The installer even carrier my old wood doors to the side of the house for me to reclaim it on another project. The new door and belt opener is quiet. I definitely will recommend Caliber Garage Doors to all my neighbors, friends, and family.

They arrived on time and gave me an honest quote much lower than other companies. I am very happy with the quality of the work and how quickly it was done.
