Highly recommend. Fast and professional, with service rarely seen these days. The shutters are an investment, but I think a good one, as they improve the look of your windows from the inside and out, they will not need replacing, and they are easier to keep clean. I have been continuously impressed dealing with this company. Part of their policy, besides replacing slats that get damaged, etc. is that their professionals will return to remove and re-hang your shutters if needed.
We got our shutters installed, then months later decided to replace our windows. One call and an appointment was set up for two days later to take the shutters down; same thing with rehanging, two days later, no charge. That kind of speed of service is almost unheard of now. Customer satisfaction and standing by their policies are obviously very important here.

Our experience with Custom Blinds was perfect start to finish! Craig showed up on time to measure our windows, was quick and accurate, and very kind. Our blinds showed up just 3 weeks later and I'm pretty sure the guys had them installed in under 10 minutes! Great prices, great quality, and great customer service. I'll never use anyone else!
