Allstate Gutter Siding & Windows

Last year I had Allstate come out and give a quote for rerouting a downspout and reworking the gutters to allow for this to work appropriately. The quote was reasonable so I asked them to come out and do the work. The owner told me they were busy but would get out as soon as they could. Winter has now come and gone, and it is now the first part of July and they still have not come out to do the gutter work.

I called them several weeks ago to "remind" them I still wanted this work done. The lady on the phone said she would have the owner call me ASAP, but I have never heard from them. I understand being busy, but at least communicate. If you don't want my business just say so. Very unprofessional.

I called for a gutter quote which they came right out and completed. Rick the head guy called and went over the quote with me. The front desk lady, Deb emailed the quote to me which my husband and I reviewed. I called Deb the next day and let her know we wanted to hire them for the job. She told me Rick would call back with scheduling details. Two and a half weeks later and I still haven't heard a word.

I emailed Deb letting her know I hadn't heard from Rick. Still nothing. I emailed Deb again and let her know we are going with someone else due to no response. Very unprofessional.

To be very clear, I DID NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I tried for 3-4 months to give them my business but after many phone calls and dropping the piece of siding that was damaged into their shop for them to inspect, follow up phone calls, promises they will call me back tomorrow. I gave up and went and retrieved my siding and left. If their workmanship is anything like their sales efforts, beware!

Call and Installed in less than a week. Very easy to work with and super attention to detail. Highly Recommend!

If you are looking for a small job to be done by this company don't waste your time calling them. I have called this company numerous times and talked to the receptionist about getting some rain gutter extensions lengthened on my house which I realize is a small job but the receptionist assured me that to rain gutter crew would call me back. I have not received one phone back from the crew leader or have they come out to look at my extensions to see what needs to be done and give me an estimate on what this job would cost.

Unless you have a large profitable job to be done by this company look for another company because you are definitely wasting your time calling this company. I have been really disappointed with this companies service on getting a small job completed and will be calling a different gutter company to have my work completed.

At first it was great, felt very comfortable getting my siding done. Rick made me feel confident. siding looks good however I have a damaged piece needing replaced. I have called twice and as requested both times I have sent pictures of what is needed. I even sent them a third time. no response back, I almost checked with them to do my windows until I realized their after sale service is subpar.

I have contacted Allstate for 3 jobs. The first was our house. They showed up, did the job, did it well. Second was a small outbuilding. Took a few calls to get them there, but when they finally did, it was well done. Final project was for a small job. It took a month of calls and promised dates, and subsequent no shows before I finally told them not to show up.

I realize this was a small job, but I promptly paid for 2 large previous gutter jobs, and they promised 3 times they would be there. and nothing. Not the type of company I would refer a friend to.

Unreliable, called them multiple times to get an estimate for work at my house (siding repair). Each time the admin stated one of the siding experts would contact me to set up an appointment. No one ever called. I will take my business to another company and do not recommend.

Allstate installed new downspouts and gutters with leaf guard on my home and garage today. The color matches my new vinyl siding perfectly. They showed up on time and did the job in 3 hours. They were very nice and cleaned up perfectly. I would recommend this Company. Now, let it rain. No more waterfalls coming from over the top of my gutters. Pricing was very reasonable.

Allstate installed gutter & gutter covers on both our homes in Ankeny & West Des Moines. Extremely pleased & impressed by their work ethic, response time, professionalism, willingness & quality of work. Not only was the lady in the office so sweet but very knowledgeable. Rick has always been a pleasure to work with as well & answers all our questions. He takes time to walk us through the process & makes us feel well taken care of. We are actually moving again & will use them again! Thanks to the team there at Allstate!

Allstate performed minor gutter repairs. Showed up on day scheduled. Courtesy service. Identified and fixed problems. Bill was per estimate so no surprises. Work guaranteed.

Allstate Gutter was not only personable and professional, but, also, patient. They did a fantastic job one our whole house, quickly and efficiently. The guys doing the work were courteous and cleaned up everything when done. I am confident in their work, their ethics, and their integrity. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. I left two messages for a quote on my home. They never returned my calls. I called three companies to get a very small project completed. Allstate did the gutters and down spots on my previous home and did a great job. I could not get them to call me back, so I moved on.
