Called Butler Garage for garage door repair. Just so happened, he was near me at the time, and was at my house within 10 minutes! He did a great job and price was reasonable. I will definitely keep them in mind for future service.

All I can say is I wouldn't call anybody else. I had an ancient garage door opener that finally kicked the bucket. I called Bruce and he was quick to respond. He was able to replace our 40 year old garage door opener with a new one. I got home from work and Bruce was putting on the finishing touches on our new opener. Just watching him and how knowledgeable he was with the install was impressive. It is cool to see when somebody knows what they doing. Thank you Bruce and Butler garage service. You have saved the day and made my wife and I very happy. Thanks again!

They do a great job, at a reasonable price, and show up on time. They also were able to get out quickly, as our situation was somewhat of an emergency. Have used them for years. Highly recommend.

Very quick service. He did a great job of replacing the bottom rubber seals and adjusting our door, so it would stop scraping the track.

I could not be more pleased with Butler Garage Door Co. We had a problem with the automatic opener that Bruce installed several months ago -- something involved with the integrity of the wiring. He came out promptly and fixed it, refusing any payment. This is a hard-working, honest enterprise. I would recommend them highly.

He does great work garage door opens and closes nicely. Will definitely call again if I have anymore problems out of it. I had expected to pay way more to have it fixed.

I called on Labor day weekend and still had service within a few hours. The garage door was hanging off the track on each side. He got it all fixed up and tightened other things that came loose for less than I pay for any other service call during regular hours with no repairs. I am a very happy customer!

I feel like whatever I say in this review will be inadequate to describe how great this experience was. I was quoted a price for a specific repair, but the parts replaced were upgraded from what I had and several other small repairs were made that had nothing to do with what we discussed. The quote did not go up, still only charged the amount quoted in spite of the upgrade and other several small repairs.

Bruce Butler installed our garage door several years ago, and serviced it a couple of time after I've accidentally knocked the directional lights out of line. We've found him to be competent, ethical and reasonable in his charges. --Tom Inman, Eastside Greenville.

Had a issue with my builder grade standard issue garage door week of April 24. Bruce (owner) came out same day and fixed it within hours when all the other service companies in town were quoting three days out for an appointment. Service call cost $75. May 8 garage door wasn't closing properly again and bent things up pretty bad. Called Bruce at 8am and he was on-site by 9:30.

He replaced all the rollers and fine tuned everything, no charge. Very clear that's he's skilled and knows garage doors. This guy isn't kidding when he says he stands behind his work. Highly recommended and will keep his number handy.

An individual who provides good service at a fair price. A rarity these days. My gears had stripped out in my garage door opener. I called a couple of places that have flyers in local Valpack and they all were overpriced. Mr Butler came out, fixed my opener (while I was out) and left his bill. Good old fashioned treatment. I highly recommend him.
