I was going to get my windshield replaced on my car and I had to deal with the lady that handles the insurance and payment in the auto department. Sadly she has very poor customer service is pretty rude talks over you doesn't acknowledge any of your input at all and has zero patience. She sadly ruined my experience and made me not want to come back.

The company are interested only in profit. They will try to sell you what makes them the most money. Also, check your invoice and product, I requested one product, they charged me for the product. I checked the window and it was from a different, cheaper product! Completely untrustworthy, STAY AWAY!

I had a very nice experience with this company replacing my hutch glass. Found this beautiful cabinet at The Garage Sale Co. and the owner referred me here to have the glass installed. Picked up the hutch/cabinet and drove right over to Jones where they were able to assist me with the measurements and install. I think my rep's name with the glasses is Kevin who provided great customer service. Thanks to him and the lady with the power tools! :

I thought I found a great place to meet all my home needs and great prices. I purchased a storm door and I had a window replaced and paid in FULL. I used them for a new garage build windows, doors and garage door. But the contractor I used smeared my name because of his negligence and his worker's negligence at the job site and this companies biases sided with him twice charged my credit card without authorization.

The first time they caused a deficit in my account by using the wrong card. I spoke with them and told them this is illegal so they said they wouldn't do it again. THEY DID IT AGAIN! I called them on it and nothing to say. This is illegal practice to charge someone's card without permission. THEY DIDNT CARE. I will never shop there again

These guys do great work, they are the best glass company in the city. You get what you pay for. If you don't want quality work, then go with the cheaper glass company and then call these guys to fix it after the works done.

Rude, rude, rude I called to ask about antiquing a mirror and spoke to Greg. I explained I was trying to cover a table with mirror and he kept saying he didn't know what I wanted and to be honest.he didn't give a rats butt! He hung up on me in mid sentence. If every window in my home was destroyed and Jones Paint & Glass was the only shop around. I would get used to the breeze real fast!

It only took the crew of two to install to somewhat large windows on my northern facing balconies. They were very professional in the completed project is amazing!

I requested a quote for 4 windows in March. I came back three times and on the 3rd time, after begging for a quote, I finally got one. I made the purchase Nov 5th and was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get the glass in. I asked that they do everything they could to install before Christmas. Today is January 28th and they still are awaiting for two windows to show up. I've paid for half back in November. I'm told that they will do some investigating and get back to me.

I asked when, original response as soon as we can. After expressing more frustration and asking for my money back he finally agreed to get back to me this afternoon. I hate leaving negative reviews but my experience has really been that bad. I hope this gets resolved and that I have a reason to come back and a star or two.

These guys are amazing great quality product. Actually shows up on time.

This is a long time coming but I have done all I could to make my Windows work. They installed their so called top of the line Windows on our brand new home back in 2005. Every year since its been a battle with the nice winter breeze coming right thru. Every year I have asked for their assistance and every year I get the same results. More winter wind coming thru my "top of the line windows".

The last 8 years i have had to seal my Windows with shrink wrap to keep some of the air out. 3 Windows actually inflate the shrink wrap even before I can shrink it. Personally, i would never buy from them again unless I want to continue wrapping my windows every winter.

Was able to find the paint I needed with the help of ypur employee Chandler.

I went to Jones a couple months ago after getter my rear side window knocked out of my truck (just getting around to posting this review). They got me in next day to have it fixed which I thought was great, then I got my truck back. I still had glass blown across the backseat and floor. I was like whatever I'll just vacuum it out and suck it up.

Then I shut my door and heard a ton of glass still inside the door like they didn't even try to vacuum the inside of the door out. Just put the window back in and called it a day. I live in Colorado so bringing the truck back in is not an option (which is the only thing they offered) I asked for a refund or even a partial refund and they were not willing to do anything other than have me drive 9 hours back from colorado to have them fix something that should have been done right the first time. They were lazy with doing their jobs correctly the first time and completely unwilling to even try and make it partially ok.

I had Jones Paint and Glass install some double pane windows for me eleven years ago they have a ten year warranty and now the seal has gone out in them and they are all fogged up. I am so sick and tired of replacing double pane windows every eleven years so I asked Jones If they could put a single pane in for me so I never have to replace the windows again.

They said no I would have to replace the whole window frame. I called Sun city Glass and they came right out and gave me a bid on single pane glass and said it was no problem putting them in a double pane frame. Now after Sun city glass replaced them they look wonderful and I love them. I will never call Jones Paint and Glass for anything ever again.

Had a broken back window, and got a very fair estimate from Jones. Customer service was awesome, thank you Grace :. Was very pleased with the outcome. They even tinted it for me, thanks Chev. I would recommend Jones Paint and Glass St. George to anyone.

I have to say that I am so bummed that I spent over $10,000 and got new Windows and they new window frames are dirty looking, sloppily installed, and sliding glass doors are shorter and scratched frames. I can't believe I paid that much and it looks like this. So sad. If someone put in new Windows on a new house and the frames looked like this, they would flip out.

I just got tired of it and wanted them out. 09-18 - so bummed that I used this company. The design on the sliding glass doors have the screen door hitting hr handle and removing the paint in the door handle. Screens that you have to take off, bend. And my utility bill has not decreased at all. But now I need more windows and I have to match them. Sad.

The management was apologetic and made an attempt to rectify this situation so I am upgrading their review.

Called yesterday to get an appointment for measure for new shower door. Around 4:00pm someone calls and says they are in the area can they come measure. Does no one in this town know what appointment means? We would like to have a scheduled window of time (1-2) hours to ensure we are home and not wasting our whole day waiting for someone to show up.

So after purchasing a new "used car" I noticed 2 small rock chips. After receiving an estimate from a local business that seemed a bit pricey, I was told to contact Tom Daniels at Jones paint and glass! What a surprise to see him expecting me! I was in and out within ten minutes with money in my pocketbook still! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the excellent service! I will be back!

Honestly this was the worst place to get the back window of our car done. I have never been treated so poorly and talked down to. When we left our car the back gate was still working and opened and when we picked it up it wasn't, when I talked to the man who repaired it he said that they don't know what happened and they couldn't help us, ANOTHER problem was with the keys we left them had our car remote attached and when we picked it up it had been broken off and when I mentioned that to him he not only threw the keys at us on the counter but he also denied us ever giving him the keys like that. I'd like to talk to someone above that man who I had the problem with, I'm so frustrated with how rude and unprofessional he was. Never going there or referring anyone to this place.

I had an appointment to get my windshield repaired after shopping for best price, this was my choice. They were on time and finished in a timely manner. Tom, at the service counter was very friendly and very helpful. The job was done well and I would recommend Jones to anyone. Also they have free chip repair if they replace your windshield. Thanks Jones team!

We took window spacing up to order new glass. The spacing still had the outline of the original glass and was wrapped neatly in cardboard. We were notified a week and a half later that the glass was in and ready to be picked up. My husband had me pick it up.no problem until bare glass was brought out to be loaded in the back of my car. I made a statement about it being wrapped in cardboard when I dropped it off and I didn't know how I was going to get it home without breaking it.

The salesperson said "do you want a piece of cardboard to lay it on?" These folks sell glass.you would think that they would have wrapped it up for me. Instead they had a nice young man put it in the back of my car ON TOP of a piece of cardboard. The salesperson commented to me as I walked out the door, "be careful it has sharp edges." Well thanks.

It did take a little brain power for me to get a Ph. D. I am sure had I ordered glass 50 years ago from the originator the company, Garth, he would have had the glass wrapped up, ready to go and loaded it in my car with a smile instead of asking another salesperson to do it for him. Our business will go to Las Vegas from now on!

The 1 star review regards only the building paint department; lines are long for Brent in Automotive due to the incompetence elsewhere in paint. I've never dealt with such a crew of lackeys before in my life. They have a "take it or leave it" attitude that they convey onto anyone who walks through their doors. As for mentioned, Brent in Automotive is an absolute Godsend!

Without him, they would have to close up their paints department; he's personable and incredibly smart. I have been left waiting at a counter, with an employee who finds that a smartphone video, in the warehouse, is worth leaving me and other customers waiting, as he spends enough time for all of us to walk out to watch with four other co workers. The other departments (doors and glass) are terrific and will bend over backwards to fulfill the task handed to them.

I bought a window for my in-laws for Christmas because the seal was broken on theirs and it was cloudy. Jones gave my mother in law a price for a new window but apparently did not make sure she understood the options for different types of windows, so there was confusion when we ordered it as to why there was a price difference. After we ordered it, my mother in law decided she didn't like Jones' higher price, so she got a lower bid and tried to cancel the window. Now, I don't claim that the bid was apples to apples or that my mother in law was justified in not checking the difference, but Jones lied to us and said the window was already built and was in transit when she called to cancel it.

If that was true, they would not have had to wait almost 2 weeks before being able to schedule the install with my mother in law. Decent product from what I hear and I think they did a good job, but I don't appreciate being lied to.
