I called on Monday May 16th to schedule an 8am appointment for today, May 19th. I showed up a little early and they started on it almost immediately. The staff were very friendly and very quick in getting my windshield replaced. Definitely the best place I've been and I won't go anywhere else in the future if I need any kind of service that Window Welder offers. I highly recommend Window Welder.

I must admit, the technicians Justin Eldridge and Alec Low went well above and beyond what I expected. They took the time too not only replace my driver and passenger windshield, they actually made everything brand new. Including cleaning everything properly before the installation. They were also very professional, courteous, and accomplished the tasks in a very short amount of time.

I'm truly serious when I say that if in the unfortunate event you need replaced windows, this company is by far, hands down the ones too call to get the job done. Just all around totally awesome group that I had the pleasure of dealing with today in my unfortunate circumstances. Thanks again guys!

Usually pretty fast in and out service. Had a chip repair again for 2nd time. Different guy and don't think repair will hold up. Still see cracking going on. Still overall friendly and cheaper than most. 1st chip repair was great and cant see where it was.

Five star customer service. James the tech and Dee Did excellent and got me in same day for a rock chip repair.

Had a great experience replacing my trailer window. Customer service was prompt and return calls were timely. Did everything promised within the time frame. Further assisted with delayed pick up as a result of bad weather. Highly recommend this business. Neil and Elizabeth are great hands on owners.

Scheduled a chip repair for 230 pm, they were finished by 245. As always great service, friendly employees and I was happy when I left. If you need any glass work done on an automobile. These are the guys that can get it done.

This is probably the best business we have been to around Twin Falls, ID. Neil and staff are VERY professional, they did a PERFECT job on our two motorhome windows. Done in a VERY timely manner. Neil was WONDERFUL to work with, great at making and returning phone calls, he worked with our insurance company, and I couldn't feel any better about the work. Window Welder and the owners are the absolute best. The say what they are going to do and do it. They were on time and very professional. The replacement of my windshield was quick and clean. They also left no trace of being there with the exception of my free pizza coupon and a sparkling clean new windshield. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were visiting the Jerome Idaho area when a truck launched a large object at the windshield of our Honda Pilot. The impact shattered the windshield sending glass particles throughout the vehicle. We contacted Window Welder of Jerome and spoke with Martha. Martha began the process of locating a replacement windshield while we drove 20 miles of backroads to the Window Welder shop in Jerome.

Helpful and efficient! We were skiing in Bald mountain and Sawtooths and camping in our van. One morning, when the mercury hit -20F, the passenger window cracked and popped. We got on the phone with these guys and by 4pm that same day we had a new glass installed. They were able to find the glass and get it shipped to their Jerome location. They saved our trip, much appreciated. After the glass was installed we went back to Sun Valley and enjoyed another few days of winter fun.

These guys were awesome! I needed to replace 4 windows on my RV after I got in a fight with the wind flipping my trailer on its side. They did an incredible job! It wasn't just replacing the glass but these guys had to do a little maneuvering of the metal window panes just to fit the new glass in. It's a vintage trailer and not exactly stock sizes.

I was traveling through and needed to be back on the road, they did it quick and efficiently. the windows look like nothing ever happened to them! I would definitely use them again for any of my window needs. Very kind and great work! Thank you to the team at Window Welders!

All I can say is WOW! We were traveling in our RV and received a nice rock chip. As we were pulling into our RV park Window Welders appeared on the horizon! I called and we had the nicest young man ALEC come to our site to work on our windshield within minutes. He found one more other than the obvious and cleaned the windshield to make sure there no other chips. Thanks Window Welder for helping us and kuddos to ALEC! He's a keeper!

Amazing overnight service for an unusually large rock chip replacement on my newer vehicle. Justin and Chase did great work, and the support in the office was off the charts as well. There is a good reason why the Window Welder is so highly recommendable throughout Southern Idaho: they are dependable and experts at what they do! The kids loved the movie and pizza night also! I hope I don't need this service again, but if I do, I know who to call!

I had Kyle come out and fix a chip in my windshield. He did an excellent job very quick. And professional I thought I was going to have to replace it but he fixed a giant hole/ rock chip in my window.he also handle all the insurance information. What a great company to use I'll always ask for Kyle.

They are the BEST.Got a BAD double kind of chip on windshield while on a long drive, still had to get to Boise and they had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Friendly professional fun and the have the greatest water in the area to hydrate while you wait. 5*****'s SarahLily

Picked up a rock chip on I-84 in Idaho; found Neil using Yelp. Friendly, encouraging, helpful. Dealt with the insurance people by phone, did a great job, chip invisible, polished the windshield and gave us a can of cleaner. In and out in 30 minutes. We drove to them but they will service folks on the road. If you get dinged call them right away and they can probably save you an insurance deductible. Our great service cost us nothing. An unlucky accident made into a positive experience by great people and professional service. Call them.

I called the yesterday because, I obviously needed to get a window replaced. They were able to get it in right away however, that would not have worked for me. So first thing today they were able to get it in and within two hours my car's window was fixed. They even honored their coupon from last year and gave me another coupon for a free large one topping pizza and a two dollar bill. I am very pleased with Window Welder and would use them again.
