From the beginning making the first call to customer services was an excellent experience. Then I met Darion Patton one of a kind awesome man. He was respectibile, confident, knowledgeable and fully equipped to fix or install anyone's garage door. Did I mention he is fast and clean he left no trash on the floor. He fixed what the initial installer did incorrectly some years ago.

He is sharp and I will call ask for Darion again if needed. The rep Opener rail pin installed upside down connecting the chain/cable pulley to the rail, chain was too slack and was rubbing on the garage door top panel. Thanks absolute services can you give him a raise? He deserves it. Thank you Darion Patton. God bless you all.

Paid $620 for a replacement spring and a cable set. After being told that I severely overpaid, i looked up to see what the exact spring that they installed cost, which was $80.46. They charged $420. I called the manager today to see if there was anything that he could do for me on the price that they gouged me on and was told nothing he could do. This job should have cost $300 at most but instead was charged double. Do research before allowing them to fix anything.

I had Absolute Overhead Door install our new garage door a year ago and they came out today to fix some maintenance issues. I had the pleasure of working with Dwayne. He was first able to make all the repairs needed to fix the noises we were hearing but he also went out of his way to answer all my questions and show me how I can keep my garage door working great with some basic maintenance tips. I really appreciated that. I recommend Absolute to all my friends. They do outstanding work!

Josh was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough with explaining to us the issues with our garage door and didn't try to push us in to something we didn't need, which is hard to come by these days. He was also extremely professional and fixed our door in no time at all! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for repairs, and will be a returning customer for any home repairs in the future. We were very satisfied with our experience! My husband and I were looking to purchase a new garage door. We decided to go with Absolute Overhead Door Service because there were so many great reviews. We were not disappointed. Freddy Thomas was the service technician who came out to our house to give us a quote. He was very friendly and there were no high pressure sales tactics. He was informative of the products and services they offered, but was not pushy, which we appreciated. Mike Hill was the service technician who came out to install the door. Mike was also very friendly and took his time installing the door.

Once installed, he went over everything with us and answered all of our questions. I also want to add that they were both on time, arriving as scheduled. I then received a call the next day from Kristi to see if we were happy with our new door and if we had any further questions. She too fit the mold of Freddy and Mike, great customer service! All three stressed that if we had any questions or issues, not to hesitate to call, as customer satisfaction is very important to them and the company.

The woman on the phone when I called was extremely helpful and pleasant. She worked me onto the schedule that day and Zach arrived earlier than I was scheduled after calling to clear it. He was friendly and professional as he explained what needed to be done. The necessary supplies were in his van and he worked diligently to repair my garage door.

When finished he showed me the old parts and explained everything I needed to know. I was pleasantly surprised to have my repair within 4 hours of first calling. They price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend Absolute Overhead Door Service.

I needed a new garage door, so I found Absolute on the Internet. I read their reviews, which were excellent. I also contacted a competitor and they wanted to charge me $98 just to have a "sales person" come out to my house. Absolute sent Travis and he was nice and professional. He was wearing a mask. Travis took time and explained everything to me and also went over a service contract they offer for heating/air, plumbing and electrical work.

I was very impressed with Travis and his knowledge. Garage door was installed 2 weeks from the day they came out as promised. The service I received was excellent. From the person I first spoke with when I scheduled a visit to the two technicians who came out. Mike was the installer and he arrived early and was very nice and professional. I highly recommend Absolute. I even purchased a maintenance agreement which covers the door, plumbing, heating and air.

Because of the way our house was built, we have gone 21 years without an automatic garage door opener. Something that is probably prevalent in 95% of homes throughout the US. We really had resided to the fact that it just was not something we could do. We recently decided to invest in our home. New windows, new doors, new siding a new deck and last but not least, we wanted to top things off with a new garage door.

Now that 21 years had passed we figured there had to be some new technology that would allow for us to finally get an automatic garage door opener. We knew ahead of time we would have to opt for a side unit. So, we began our adventure getting a few quotes from companies that do this kind of work. One company wanted to charge me so much I practically passed out.

The other company just told me they could not do the job. Absolute arrived and immediately surveyed the area, saw the issue, and presented solutions not excuses. There was never a doubt that the job could not be done. With that said, and about 4 weeks later Jacob came out and installed the unit. He was equally as skilled as the two gentleman that came out and gave me the quote. The door is beautiful. The garage door is the prettiest thing on my house right now!

Great service, Aaron was great, knowledgeable and with an attitude to match. Price was reasonable. Customer care was top notch, the lady that took my payment was nice and emailed me my receipt right away. Though I don't expect any future issues with my door, I will be utilizing them in case I need something fixed. A higher Military discount would be nice, they offer a 2% which is low compared to others that offer 10%, this is not a deal breaker though. Nonetheless, having business like this one in my area gives me a peace of mind that I can count on someone even with a short notice.

My door, originally installed by 31W which my builder used, malfunctioned Sunday and crushed my car window. The garage door was bent, cables tangled, and rails bent, wheels off, etc. Several other companies were going to charge $300 or more just to do an estimate. 31W said they could email an estimate without coming to the house because they still had my info in their system from its original installation. ABSOLUTE OVERHEAD came immediately. And, not only did Jeff Goff from ABSOLUTE OVERHEAD do the estimate for FREE, but he got my damaged door repaired so that it could be down until ABSOLUTE replaces it.

He did the repair at no cost, and within 30 minutes. He arrived early, and was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He had a pleasant demeanor. Very kind and helpful. I have had 3 homes in Louisville and used other overhead door companies over the years. Never has any compared to the service I received today from Jeff at ABSOLUTE OVERHEAD. I chose this company because they had great reviews on Yelp and Google.

Now I understand why. I have already recommended Absolute Overhead to 2 other homeowners, and posted additional reviews about the company and Jeff and Yelp, and my subdivision Facebook page.
